William Green was great. Very kind and professional and worked hard to get all stains out. Was very friendly and worked easily around our movers. One of the better technicians I’ve had with Stanley Steamer.

Paul was efficient and professional! So glad we worked with Stanley Steamers and will have them come out more often to keep our carpets looking fresh!

William was great my rooms were left very clean. William mentioned the 1 year clean guarantee with the company. I had to sign up for the 3 cleaning visits a year great price. I had my master bedroom and guest bedroom cleaned - (area clean & Odor Out Plus Deodorizer) due to having a cat and dog definitely recommend.

Stephen arrived right on time and explained the process checked the carpet to make sure he could clean them in our house. Advised us of the extras we could add which we did. He was in and out in about an hour and the rugs look beautiful. Thanks for the great service will definitely have Stanley Steamer in the future.

I had my carpets cleaned in two rooms this morning. I really liked that I received a text when the technician was on her way, with her name and photo, as well as the ability to see how far she was.
Savannah was very kind and friendly. She walked me through what was going to be done, as well as what to expect after. The service did not take a long amount of time, and the carpets look GREAT!

I scheduled a cleaning about a week out and they were helpful on the phone getting an accurate estimate. Horatio arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. They turned the dirty, dull hardwood in our new home to looking like new and the entire home was cleaned in under 4 hours. Thank you, Horatio!

Bob and Adam were a great team! They did impeccable work with great attention to detail and Customer Care. They took care of everything I asked, and even went above and beyond to get things really clean and looking great. I’m not an easy customer to satisfy, but they did everything I wanted and more. I would trust Adam with all your rugs whether inexpensive or fine Oriental classics. This was my first experience using Stanley Steemer and it won’t be my last.

Very nice job from Bobby! I didn't think my carpet could come clean but he proved me wrong. He was friendly and efficient. The cleaning took less than an hour and cleaning machine wasn't very loud either.

Mason and Rodriguez were punctual, kind, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We have two cats and they did a great job getting pet stains out. Would highly recommend them and steam master cleaning!

Tim and Lane with Steam Master Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpet and furniture. They were professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. The carpets look brand new, and the furniture smells fresh and feels clean again. I appreciated how efficiently they worked and the attention to detail they showed. Highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning—Tim and Lane really take pride in their work!

Technician came first time and showed me an estimate of $600 for three rooms. They actually go by room size even though you have a king size bed and furniture, not by square footage (they don't move furniture). I finally got the price down to 260. Of course, they tell you 3 rooms for 99.00 to get them out. He stayed for about an hour for a two hour job. Hey, I just wanted the urine smell from the dogs taken up and stains somewhat removed. Nothing major! Before he left, I checked one of the areas and it still smelled like urine. Was told to let it sit to see what happens. They called me to follow up and I told them I was not satisfied. The carpet had a terrible musty smell after a day or two. They made another appointment for 2-6pm on a Friday. Tech showed up at 6:20pm in the dark. I showed him all the urine stains with a UV light. He seemed surprised. I let him know I had a waterproof pad and he made it sound like the pad was possibly defective. For 260.00 for the small areas they did, they should be able to do whatever needs to be done to get the smell out. I also told him if you place water on a rag and rub, dirt shows up. This was in my back room where I rarely go which I told him. He said, "I doubt that", basically calling me a liar. This guy is the opposite of customer service and had no problem refuting me. He started to get his equipment in to do another cleaning. I was so mad at that point, I told him to just get his stuff and leave. I don't care if they were re cleaning for free. I don't know if it was just this technician or what. They only way I think they get good reviews is that they attempt to make it right when they screw up. Unfortunately, they screwed up again. I am attaching a photo of the "great" job they did. I can do better myself.

I have to give a shoutout to Daniel & Matt! I called another cleaning service first but they were not able to reach my unit. When I called Steam Cleaning to see if they could help, Daniel & Matt showed up and made it work! They actually took my couch down to their truck to clean it (luckily it’s not too heavy) and it looks great. I really appreciate them helping me out and even doing a little bit of labor to get my couch clean. Definitely recommend this company, thanks again guys!

I was ready to get rid of my sectional. But decided to have it professionally cleaned as a last ditch effort! I’m glad I did. Mason was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He was honest about the best treatment and services for my couch. I didn’t feel scammed or pushed. I felt listened to and respected as a customer! Great service!

I can’t say enough good things about Josh! Our carpet was in terrible shape — we’re talking years of stains, high-traffic dirt, and pet messes that I honestly thought were permanent. I was embarrassed to even let anyone see it, let alone try to clean it.

Josh came in with a friendly attitude, professional equipment, and total confidence. He explained what he was going to do and got right to work. I was blown away watching the process — the difference was night and day.

He didn’t rush, paid attention to detail, and even gave tips on how to keep it looking good between cleanings.

If you’re on the fence — just book Josh. Seriously. He brought our carpet back from the dead. 10/10!

Ed was absolutely fantastic. He communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. He sent me before and after pictures. He was very quick and efficient. I would recommend anyone to ask for him specifically if you are in the Austin area! He took his time as well and paid close attention to spots I did not even notice at first!
