I have been using Mopify out of convenience for years, but the level of service has been steadily declining. The last cleaning of my vacated rental property was very disappointing. Garbage is left in the unit, appliances are dirty inside and out. I complained, but got response that complaints are only taken within 24 hrs. Poor job Mopify!

We were looking for a cleaning service that would send the same cleaner for every visit. I set up service through Mopify and it could not have been easier to get set up. The communication was great as they were setting everything up for us. Tiffany showed up yesterday and did a great job with our initial clean. She even finished up early and we were only charged for the time she was there. I highly recommend Mopify if you are looking for an easy to manage, efficient cleaning service.

We we were really excited about Mopify. We liked their booking tool and text communication. The first cleaning went ok, but then they cancelled every cleaning within 24hrs of scheduled time and had no availability for 1-2 week after cancelation to rebook. We gave up on this company after 2 cancelations in a row and 1-month of no service. They are responsive to communications after cancelations, but very matter affect about unable to rebook (seems like normal occurrence). Don't use this service if you want to count an a cleaning.

I used Mopify because I needed the flexibility of an evening/weekend clean and they delivered! You book all cleans through an easy to use portal, which is great because my schedule changes often and it's not easy for me to have a super rigid cleaning cycle. Our cleaners have been excellent and very communicative. You can provide notes through the portal and customer service is SUPER fast to respond. A truly modern cleaning service (finally).

I've enjoyed my experience with Mopify! It's very convenient to schedule. Any cleaning needs and communications can easily be explained and sent through the web app. Changes are also very simple to complete. I really liked the attendant that was hired to complete my first clean. She was so friendly and did an excellent job. I plan on requesting her for each clean!

We were very impressed. One room had a bad stain and didn't think it would come out. He was able to get it out and the carpets looked brand new!! Highly recommend. The technician, Hasan, was professional and friendly! Our realtor was impressed too!

Did a great job of removing water stains from an upholstered linen headboard. The tech was capable and competent. Explained the process well. Worked on tougher areas to get it looking like new again.

We recently sold a home and our original plans for carpet cleaning fell through. I called Luka Chem-Dry and they were very responsive and accommodating. Not only did they manage to clean our carpets the very same day but they also did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had two rugs cleaned by Luka Chem-Dry, and they did a great job. The company came and picked up the rugs and had them delivered when they were finished. When they delivered the rugs, I was away and so they were able to just leave the rugs on the porch and let me pay over the phone which was very helpful.

I'm giving 4 stars because the company said the rugs would be ready four days before they wound up being delivered, and they were a bit late (~20 minutes) dropping them off as well. If time is a big issue for you, that's something to consider, but the service was good and the rugs came back nice and clean. We have two cats and I wasn't able to smell any lingering pet odor on the rugs.

The technician was very kind and friendly and professional. I asked to remove pet urine stains and some dirt stains from carpet. The stains were not very old but he did politely educate me about the process and expectations. The end result is very good. Most people like guests will not be able to notice any remaining stains. While it wasn’t possible to get it looking 100% new it’s looks so much better and I’m happy with the results! He also allowed me to check the progress as he completed different sections. It only took about an hour to complete the staircase and hallway. There is also no odor.

I needed a couch cleaned in 48 hours and they came swiftly! My couch was a cream colored 90inch that was busy with dog hair and dirt over the past months but when they were done it was clean as a whistle. If you’re in an apartment be sure to communicate that so they bring a compact, portable cleaner with them.

I have used these them twice now once for a mattress with a pet stain and once for a couch also with pet stains . They did an amazing job on both look and smell new . Good price. Great communication and fast service. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the service and results from using Luka Chem Dry. I had my carpet cleaned and my kitchen tile cleaned and sealed. My carpet is quite old and the chem dry process honestly made them look and feel brand new. The technician worked very diligently to take care of it all. I would highly recommend and use this company again.

I’d been looking for a company why could clean my velvet couch for a while and stumbled upon Luka Chem Dry. The technician was prompt, polite, and informative. My couch looks almost as good as when I purchased it and smells amazing!

Thank you for 1) saving our rug and 2) re-freshing our couches! We had a massive stain on our nice rug that was removed! And after a couple years of use, we decided to clean our couches. Both experiences were great!

Highly recommended! We had Luka Chem-Dry clean the carpets in five rooms and the stairs for a great price. Everything came out looking great and they even removed several stains we thought were permanent. The carpet dried very quickly and overall we're extremely happy with the results. Would definitely use them again!
