I'm grateful for the service we received. Our new rental had a distinct pet smell that gave us nausea. We tried everything but got terrible. I contacted them. The next morning Kendra and Charlotte arrived. We walked through, described the procedure and what was needed, and then began. I didn't anticipate miracles, yet they happened. Many stains have improved, and the smell is gone. They are magicians. Highly recommend them.

Paid for a deep clean in a house that tenants moved out of house was 2/10 on the dirty scale. Came to inspect their work all they did for $350 was vacuum and mop. The base boards where not touched, window blinds and corners in the ceilings had cob webs still. I called back the next day to ask them to please come and fix these issues. They said they would call me back immediately. Never heard back called them two days later they then said they only offer 24 hour warranty. So they obviously do not call back till after the 24 hours. I cannot recommend them but management tried and she was nice thats the only positive I have on this company 5-31-2023

This cleaning company provided poor service. Their cleaners arrived late and did not complete the cleaning to a satisfactory level. When I addressed these issues, they were unresponsive and did not offer any compensation. They also failed to clean specified areas, causing additional inconvenience. I advise choosing a more reliable cleaning company.

I had the unfortunate experience of using Maverick Maids for my Airbnb cleaning services, and I must say that they were a complete disappointment. Not once, not twice, but three separate times, they failed to send their cleaners as scheduled, even after multiple reminders. When I contacted their admin to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful and failed to provide any solutions.
Their terrible service directly affected my own business, as I had to scramble to find a new cleaning service for three out of the four scheduled cleanings with Maverick Maids. Despite my attempts to reach out to them multiple times, I never received any resolution or compensation for their negligent mistakes.

I'm shocked to see that they have such high reviews online, and I can only assume that these are fake reviews. I strongly advise others to avoid Maverick Maids at all costs, as they are unreliable, unprofessional, and provide terrible service that will negatively impact your own business.

I was unfortunately really disappointed in the service I received. It was a big job and 3 people should of been sent to clean. I asked for the doors and walls to be cleaned instead of the windows. I even asked the lady to do the doors and walls instead of the windows.They not only didn't do the doors and walls but also didn't clean a bathroom counter or any faucets in detail. I asked for a deep clean and the floors are still dirty, dirt pushed into corners with a dirty mop, baseboards still dirty. It was a decent general clean but not a deep clean. Now I have to go finish the work. I was also charged $50.00 more than quoted. I tipped the ladies $50.00 each before they were finished because I had to leave.We had just moved. This was late Friday. I called on Monday as soon as I
arrived at the house they cleaned. I was told the customer service policy of correcting their mistakes is only good for 24 hours.. I was charged $480.00 plus $100.00 tip for this so called customer service. Very disappointed in this company. They could of least come back and finished.

We needed a carpet cleaning service for our family room which had lots of pet stains. I called the Carpet Cleaning Service, they came over and cleaned the carpets. We are very happy with the results!

Maikel is the best. I’ve used him for years to clean the carpet in my home. He’s always professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about what he does. One time I had several pet stains that I thought would never come out and he knew exactly what to do. The carpet looked brand new. And his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!!

My dog had a potty accident on a new rug that I had purchased and it is nearly impossible to remove urine odors. After the cleaning I didn't notice any odors from the rug or couch and Maikel left the fabric looking soft and like it was brand new. He uses the best equipment and is honest and won't sell you services that aren't effective or that you don't need.

Wow, Full Steam Ahead knocked my socks off, again and again! I didn't believe the carpet in our rental unit would come clean again. The carpet actually looks new. The price was right, the value amazing, and the service was over the top. Highly recommended! NOTE: I posted this review 2 years ago and they just cleaned for us again with the same results and level of service. They also cleaned the carpets in our home, with great results.
