Great service! Roderick came in and worked super quickly. We have 3 dogs who shed and in less than three hours he had the floors looking better than when we moved in. Can’t recommend him enough.

Rod Young came to my house when the grout in the kitchen floor was a dark brown. When he left it was a cream tone I hadn't seen since the day the tile was installed. He sealed the floor after the clean and it has remained looking terrific.

We used Zilker to touch up our carpet before putting the house on the market. Our main trouble spot was in the master bedroom, where two years of heavy foot traffic - combined with dander and drool from two old, messy dogs - left the carpet dingy and dirty, despite frequent vacuuming. Rod did a great job and provided first-rate service. The carpet looked refreshed and much, much cleaner, to the point where our buyers did not have any issue with it. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from us on the work Rod and Zilker provided. We'll absolutely look to Zilker for future carpet needs!

Great service Roderick came out to clean a condo we have in Austin the carpets were stained and our grout in the showers we’re filthy . I recently booked a deep cleaning with We Care Maid Service and honestly I wish I had done it sooner. The team arrived right on time and were very friendly and respectful while working around the house. They paid attention to small details like baseboards, corners, and even spots I didn’t notice myself. When they finished, the whole place felt fresh and organized again. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A maid accidentally got bleach on my expensive rugs. I called their boss, Phillip, and he said he wouldn’t cover the rugs because the maid is a subcontractor for him and he won’t cover subcontractors working for his company. Really nasty attitude, this guy, and he treats his employees / subcontractors poorly.

The maids (we used two) are lovely, but I found out the boss only pays them 50% or less and doesn’t pass along the tips to them. He says the maids should cover and replace anything they damage out of their own pocket. Following this review, the maid told me he refused to pay her for her work. So he walks away with $260, I lose $180 in rugs, and the maid gets paid nothing for her labor and heartache. Like I said: really nasty guy.
