Yali was friendly, efficient, and a very hard worker. So much so my landlord payed her to clean his place when she was done with mine. I'm giving her and the company ☆☆☆☆☆!

They came and did a great job and I have decided to keep them on as a service. I have also recommended them to my clients for cleaning on move-outs and prep for listing a home. They have been excellent

This company was always been there when we needed them, Always calling back and arranged the work per our Airbnb schedule. They have done such a good job of making sure we were taken care of beyond our expectations

We booked LaCree and Lisa online and they did a great job deep cleaning our house. We’re getting ready to move and we couldn’t have done it ourselves with small kids. Hope to use them again in the future.

Fantastic work!! I cannot believe how thorough the Maria and Jennifer were. It was an estimated 4 hour deep cleaning job that turned into an 8 hour job. I definitely recommend this company and some of the hardest working ladies I've seen!

After having a lot of renovation work done in my house, it was covered in dust, paint drops, sawdust, etc. and I needed it cleaned fairly quickly and thoroughly. Worked with Philip to get a team to my house, which was so easy to schedule. They arrived early, worked hard, and did a fantastic job. Not the cheapest option, but I definitely got my money's worth. Highly recommend.

This is my second time using We Care Maid Services, and both experiences were great. The online booking was easy, straight forward and customizable depending on your particular needs. Lisa was very courteous and professional. She brought all the supplies needed, and left the place immaculate! I’m writing this review based on my experience with booking and communication, as I unfortunately never received the actual service.

Two weeks ago, I scheduled a cleaning through the company’s website. As shown in the screenshots, I received what appeared to be a booking confirmation, and I also entered my credit card information. The appointment was added to my calendar, so naturally I assumed everything was fully confirmed.

However, when the scheduled time came today, no one showed up. I tried reaching out to the company to ask if they were on their way but received no response.

After going back through the confirmation messages, I realized that what looked like a confirmed booking was actually just a pending request awaiting acceptance. I understand this was partly my misunderstanding, but the process itself is very unintuitive. Receiving a message that says "thanks for booking" strongly suggests that the appointment is confirmed, not tentative.

It’s also confusing that I was asked to provide credit card details for what turned out to be only a request. At no point did anyone follow up to confirm or decline the appointment, and I still don’t know why it was never accepted.

I initially found this company through multiple Facebook ads, and their website looked professional and trustworthy, which is why I chose to book with them.

Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I’m not reviewing the cleaning service itself, since I never received it, but rather the unclear booking system and lack of communication, which made the whole process frustrating.

You guys are AMAZING. Very detailed cleaning, very professional and friendly. I’m glad we found you all!
