They have been talking care of my rugs for years and are so nice and do a fabulous job.

So I'm giving this review just based on a phone call I had today. I spoke with Sam. He was exceedingly helpful. Even after we determined that there was nothing the company could do for me, in detail too, he gave me the name of another company that WOULD be able to help me (which they were!) I wish I could say how their actual service was, but at least their customer service is top notch!

After the Halloween floods, my living room rug was soaked with rainwater. I called Austonian at about 3pm and they picked up my rug by 7pm. No one else could provide service better than that!

Excellent experience all around. On time pick-ups and drop offs. Personable personnel with excellent information about the process. Rugs are beautifully cleaned and look so much better! Thanks for the "no hassle" experience. I really needed "something" to go as planned ;)
