Finally had to look into replacing my ac unit. Luckily the old unit lasted 20 years! with overall little maintenance needed other than normal check-ups, so it more than paid for itself. Airstar has always been good to us so we asked for a quote. They were out the next day and assessed the situation, then carefully broke down their findings while offering several options for a new system. After also getting a few other quotes we stayed with Airstar as they offered the most care in telling what to expect, breaking down what would go on, and even offering the best price and guarantee!
A few days later the crew showed up on time and were able to remove the old unit, prep and install the new unit (all in about 6 hours), then run a complete test to assure proper working order. After the install the crew stayed to answer questions as well as making sure we knew how to use the updated thermostat correctly.
It's been a month since the install and we are quite happy. The new unit cools down our home quicker than the old one and with better efficiency.
