About the business:
Stan Johnson Sr., born and raised in Austin, always had a knack for all things mechanical. He had been a partner in a filling service station on Barton Springs Road for a bit, worked as a union carpenter, and finally worked for a local AC service company, where he found his true calling. Stan decided to strike out on his own. In 1954, he and his wife opened their own AC Service business, built around his expertise and dedication to customer service.
The original office for Stan's was located in the backyard of a house at Denson and Guadalupe. It wasn't until the mid-1960s that central air conditioning became affordable to most central Texans. From the outset, the Stan's Family was in the forefront of installing and serving air conditioners in the Austin area and continues to proudly do so today. Stan's expanded to also service all plumbing needs, and continues to service the Austin area with a large team of highly experienced and trained plumbers.

This experience Was amazing. I woke up to my kitchen flooding at 6 AM. My daughter called Stan’s heating plumbing and electrical… They were out here within 1 1/2 hours And the gentleman that came out was absolutely the sweetest most respectful guy.. Not only did he remove all of the things underneath my cabinet while I was dealing with my dogs he wiped it all out and nicely, put it all back, repositioned the fans to let everything dry out and have everything cleaned up and done within an hour… Also, I would like to add it was less than $200❤️😎
