Gold Eagle stepped up when I was selling my house and got me over the finish line with an a/c ready to work great for the new owner. They inspected the unit and made necessary fixes for a very reasonable cost. Later, when a leak was discovered in a wall, Gold Eagle came back out, at no charge, to join the investigation team and confirm it was not HVAC-related. Then they shepherded me through closing a city permit left open by a not-so-great HVAC company. (Nerve-wracking!) The day before my closing, they were out completing required items and getting the inspector the documentation he needed to confirm the work was done. Everyone on staff was competent, gracious, responsive, and very easy to work with.

Throughout the whole process, they were professional and communicative. I received 3 quotes and they were far and away the clear choice and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. Highly recommend and a special shout out to DJ and Jeff, who went above and beyond. They have a new customer for life!

Horrific as on expensive and do not stand behind their work. They installed a new back system less than a year ago. It’s broken and they want to charge 2500 to repair despite the faulty installation.
