My air conditioner stopped working just as my brother and nephew were spending more time with me, helping out due to my health. Thankfully, the technician, Miguel, arrived quickly since they're based right here in Austin. I wish I had known about them sooner! Miguel was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, which was really helpful since I have vision problems. He found the problem fast and fixed my AC in what felt like record time—about 15 minutes! The pricing was very fair, and I learned that any initial fee goes toward any additional work if it’s needed later. That’s a great deal. Now I feel so much better and comfortable, especially with these hot Austin summers. I also want to mention how helpful the office staff was—Denise answered my call right away and was really kind and patient. Thanks to the team, my house is cool again and I can relax. He also pointed out where to find the serial and model numbers for both the furnace and the AC compressor, provided us with the manuals, and walked us through the warranty registration process. They’ve fixed our heating system a few times, and the service has always been reliable. With the plan, we still pay for Freon and parts, but we understand that’s standard with older units. The twice-a-year tune-ups are definitely helpful for keeping things running, especially since Texas weather can be unpredictable. Since we're careful with our budget, it’s good to have a plan that helps prevent any surprises. The team has always explained the costs and kept things transparent. Even though they sometimes call the office to finalize the charges, everything has been fair and up front. We’ll keep using their services because they’ve been trustworthy and dependable.
