Lone Star Air Conditioning & Heating

Cancelled contract with American Home Shield cause poor customer service - called 4 times to get secondary visit cause Eric tech came checked attic AC heater. Then see a leak water stain and chipped paint that was new upstairs. He left the stairs down, like a crime scene. Rushed out. Then I called back AHS to have them fix, find out Lone star didn't send report back for days so escalated. Talked to the owner and owner, said it's not related, meanwhile he was never there. Changed story that it was AC vs. heater. Customer service of AHS is not helpful being bounced around to overseas VA and then escalated. They will try to not cancel, but I am so done with them! Not worth the money or time. I said if tech comes out causes damage, and you tell me it's not covered, so what you are saying it's out of my pocket cause he created issues. NOT worth it people. Even my neighbor who used to work with AHS, said they hire these low quality techs and just do not do the job, keep coming back etc. Just find your own AC or tech person. In the long run you are not saving money with paying 100 every time to meet deductable.

John and Austin came in and got our AC done right. They were respectful, mindful, and hard workers. We are sitting in a nice cool home now because of them!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Austin and John were highly professional and such hard workers. They were very conscientious of their work space and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are so thankful for their great communication with us each step of the way.
