Jacob and his crew arrived just before the agreed time for the heater repair job. They displayed respect for our property by covering all the floors and carpets that they would be using. They efficiently removed our old heating system and promptly installed a new one. Jacob took the time to explain what we should expect from our new heater and gave a hands-on demonstration on how to operate the new thermostat and make use of the online application. Clinton from PerfectTemp Heating & Air Conditioning came to our home to do a quality check on the new HVAC unit that was installed recently. He also took care of the spring maintenance on our other Daikin unit, which is two years old. He arrived on time, was friendly, and did a really thorough job. After completing the inspection and maintenance, he went over his findings with us and mentioned some helpful recommendations for the future. We are very happy with PerfectTemp Heating & Air Conditioning and the service we received!

as a first-time homeowner in austin, i didn’t know much about furnace repair, and i was worried i might get overcharged when my furnace stopped working right. at first, i called another local company, and they told me i needed thousands of dollars in repairs, then tried to convince me to buy a whole new furnace for over $8,000. with a baby on the way, that just wasn’t something we could do. i asked my neighbors for recommendations, and several of them suggested i reach out to a different company for a second opinion. jacob came out to take a look at my furnace. he did a careful inspection of everything and explained what actually needed attention and what was just normal wear for an older unit. he fixed the real problem quickly and safely, and made sure i understood what could be a safety concern and what wasn’t. jacob was really honest and didn’t pressure me to buy a new furnace at all—he even said i didn’t need one unless i just wanted an upgrade. the repair cost was just a small fraction of what the first company wanted to charge me, and i was so grateful for jacob’s honesty and professionalism. i really appreciate the fair treatment and the way everything was explained in simple terms. from now on, i’ll be calling them for any furnace work. highly recommend!
