After explaining that I had squirrels falling into my chimney, Wyatt did an inspection and determined that the chimney cap could be safely modified to block the lil critters. He said everything looked good, and didn’t try to upsell me services that I didn’t need. He got the job done the next day. He saved me and my squirrel visitors a lot of trouble.

We have been using this company yearly for the last 4 years now. We bought a new house a handful of years ago that has 2 fireplaces. My husband and I were complete fireplace rookies and didn’t want to use it until it had a proper inspection and cleaning.

Not only did Wyatt inspect and clean everything, but he converted the gas fireplaces to wood burning, which was something my husband and I always wanted. Wyatt went another step beyond and even taught us how to use our fireplaces: how to open the flue, use the gas log lighter, etc.

We call him very year now, right before fall to make sure everything is in working order, which is especially important as we use our fireplace multiple times a week during the winter.

He clearly takes pride in his work and is very friendly and gave us guidance on where to buy new lava rock for our wood turned gas fireplace that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade;) They removed the old fireplace rocks that we wanted to get rid of free of charge, too! The price seemed fair and affordable, we’ll be using them again in future every time!

Wyatt squeezed us into his busy schedule just in the nick of time before the winter weather hit. He did a phenomenal job with the sweep and cleaned up after himself. Wyatt, owner of All American Chimney Sweeps, made a lose fitting chimney cap, said he was remaking it and then never did. I was concerned its poor fitment was unsafe and it was!

Wyatt subcontracted out the install and during the install the crew broke my pool heater by allowing large bits of rock to fall down and crack the housing.

The fit was so poor that the chimney cap flew off the house and caused considerable damage to my home.

I was given a price per vent on the phone that was less than half of what the cleaning tech wanted. I didnt find this out until after he had done the inspection, and I would be charged $ 69. This is deceptive practice, I would have refused the inspection if the actual price was given to me on the phone. Unfortunatly I had to use their services, as I had to go out of state for a family emergency.They left the kitchen vent very dirty with yellow gunk dripping out of it. DISGUSTING. They also did not clean the dryer vent. I would not reccomend, as the final charge was over $1000 for 10 vents.😒

collin was great! i needed my dryer vent rebuilt after finding out mine was hazardous and not up to code. i liked that he showed me the exact cost of materials he used for my house. very polite and on time, i've already recommended bright star air duct cleaning to others.
