Once we decided to proceed with a new A/C and furnace, Lucas scheduled the installation for that week. During the installation, he and his colleague Clarence were very respectful and took great care in our home, using tarps to keep everything clean and tidying up as they worked. They completed the entire job in just two days. Lucas even installed a new smart thermostat that I had bought. After everything was finished, he went the extra mile by contacting our utility company to find any available rebates for our new HVAC equipment, securing a $50 credit on our bill. I had an excellent experience with Unified Heating & Air Conditioning. They recently came to my rescue when my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days. Lucas arrived within 20 minutes of my call and was very efficient. They managed to replace my AC in just 5 days! I contacted Unified Heating & Air Conditioning when my air conditioner stopped working during a stretch of hot 90-degree days in Austin and I needed help quickly. Kai, the technician, checked my system and let me know that my old furnace and AC had finally given out and needed to be replaced. The team came out the next day to install the new HVAC system. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and made sure to clean up after the installation, even taking away all the old equipment. I will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating or cooling help.
