My central air stopped blowing cold right in the middle of July heatwave. I called UrbanCold AC Repairs at 8pm thinking I'd leave a voicemail, but someone actually answered and had a tech at my house by 10am next morning. The guy found a bad capacitor and leaking coil within minutes, explained everything without talking down to me, and had the whole system running colder than when it was new. Price was exactly what they quoted over the phone, no surprises. These guys saved my summer and my sanity. Highly recommend UrbanCold AC Repairs to anyone sweating through this Texas heat!

OMG my air conditioning repair with these guys was lifesaver!! It was 103 degrees and my upstairs unit just quit. Called around and everyone else was booked 4-5 days out but they squeezed me in same day. Technician showed up wearing booties (so polite) and diagnosed fried compressor in like 15 min. He had the part on his truck and fixed it in under two hours. House was cooling down before he even left. Best air conditioning repair experience I've ever had, hands down!!!

These hvac contractors are the real deal. My old unit was making horrible grinding noises and leaking water everywhere. Three different companies told me I needed full replacement ($12k+). UrbanCold came out, spent almost two hours diagnosing, and fixed it with a new blower motor and some coil cleaning for under $900. Been running perfectly for 6 weeks now. Honest hvac contractors still exist apparently!
