We contracted with Vanguard Cleaning for daily cleaning of our 6,000 square foot office space in September of 2024 after having worked with another local janitorial service for the previous 3 years with varying degrees of response to concerns and a rising level of frustration.

The Vanguard team came in, did an initial deep clean, and have maintained that level of clean and service since!

Additionally, I have asked the Vanguard team to perform two special cleanings of windows (interior and exterior) and to strip and wax the floors as added services. These have both been done above and beyond my expectations and relatively inexpensive.

I have worked with Bobby Perez at Vanguard at multiple locations for commercial services (specifically high end luxury car dealerships). I cannot recommend Bobby & Vanguard Cleaning Systems enough. The continuous support we received to ensure expectations were not only met but exceeded were unmatched. This company is horrible the housekeeping is the worst they under pay their cleaners so the cleaners take it out on the apartments they are being sent out to clean and the only thing they do is wipe the counters and leave I reported it and they had a guy ramed Robert come out but all he did was promise he'll sent them back to fix it, but nothing they will not come back and clean so please please apartment management think twice before hitting this company ,because that's what it will cost you to get the apartments clean thank you and have a blessed day just warning you, because they will not go back and you will have to pay again to get it done right

We paid the company to remove trash and clean the carpets. They were supose to provide these services on Monday September 26, 2016. It is Wednesday they have not performed the services or contacted me. I have a tenent moving in tomorrow so, I now have to pay for another company to come perform the services I already paid this company to do. I suggest that you do not use this company.
