Great company. They always take care of our needs. We have no issues, when we come into our office the next day after it's been clean, everything is done properly. No issues, business runs as normal and we don't have to be monitoring if the cleaning company missed anything. Good people. Thanks.

*update 7/26- I would like to add to the review- Upon termination of services with Vanguard, their Asst Regional Director, Ryan Reed surprised me with a personal visit on behalf of Vanguard. Ryan was professional and apologized for falling short in delivering a quality services to us. He was genuinely apologetic and was kind enough to offer a $500 credit (actual check) to us for our trouble. As I indicated to Ryan, I was sorry we could not make this business relationship work for us and I was appreciative of his sincere apology. I believe this company is a good one at the core, but probably suffers from keeping quality work crews and strong operational management in the field. I do appreciate and admire Ryan for his visit and how he represented Vanguard at the end.

This company completely fails at delivering a capable service and fails at delivering upon promises to improve services. We have had them in our facility for 8 months and during these 8 months, we have seen three crews. Each of the crews were not capable of delivering the services promised or of even delivering a partially acceptable level of service. The operations manager is slow to respond and really does not oversee her crew. I had to manage this company as well as my company, until now. They will be fired! There are plenty of other companies out there who can do a better job and who deserve your business, this is not one of them.

Vanguard Cleaning Systems has been my contracted janitorial vendor for two years now, they have done a fantastic job surpassing expectations for the cleaning needs of my facility. I would HIGHLY recommend Vanguard Cleaning Systems to any company that requires perfection in janitorial services. The janitorial staff always strives to perfect the cleanliness of my facility on a daily basis; the onsite Field Consultant is always professional and continues to build lasting professional relationships with facilities management. We cannot say enough about our Vanguard team - Flor and her crew. Sadly this is our last month with Vanguard as we are moving to a new office location and our janitorial services are provided by our new landlord. How I wish we could take Flor with us!! Her service and the response from Vanguard on any issue, which we are picky customers, was impeccable ! They provide a high level of customer service, on time and effective bi-weekly cleaning and great customer support for any issues we have encountered or billing questions we have had when we first switched over to them. Our representative comes by once or twice a year to check in and see if there are any improvements they can make. I am very satisfied with their services and pricing and highly recommend them

Vanguard was awesome. We had an emergency and they came in the next day, deep cleaned AND sanitized our entire facility saving the day and allowed us to re open.
