They operate a very professional business with an attention to detail and customer satisfaction we have not experienced with other providers. Every time I use PJS for any special cleaning projects I am absolutely amazed at how well the job turns out. They always exceed my expectations and communicate well throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning needs that you need whether it be a special project or regular nightly janitorial.

PJS is simply the best hands down. I went through a bunch of jake leg janitorial outfits before I finally hired PJS. They're the ultimate in legit, super-pro outfits. With them, you never have to think about your facilities cleaning...well done, always, automatically. And they aren't expensive. I was an idiot all those years to mess around with D league companies when I could have had the best.

PJS has cleaned our building for several years. The staff is friendly and they do a through job. When we've had extra deep cleaning needs (kitchen or carpet) they have always been happy to oblige.

Before we had to move, my organization’s offices were housed in a large building in downtown Austin, which uses PJS as their cleaning service. I was always impressed with the presentation of the building—floors shining, bathrooms immaculate—appropriately dressed for the prestige of the building. Shortly after moving to our present facility, I noticed the trash had not been removed overnight from the lady’s restroom. I couldn’t help but think, that wouldn’t happen in a PJS building.

Everyone I interacted with from janitorial staff to supervisors to executives were all friendly, cooperative, and helpful. I hold safety highly in my life and the training program for janitorial staff is thorough in every safety guideline necessary. PJS supports their employees in the best way they can. I'm glad to have interacted with those at PJS for the time I could!

PJS has always provided excellent service over the past 14 years I have worked with them. The crew is great, they respond immediately to requests and they go out of their way to accomplish any special requests whether it is normally part of their scope or not. We have had PJS cleaning our offices and event venue for about two years now. When they started I couldn't believe the difference of how clean everything was and how fresh it smelled when you walked in after cleaning day.

The cleaning crew has a regular schedule to clean the offices but, requesting cleaning after an event varies. Even though I send a schedule monthly for events there has been some times where a last minute event will pop up just a day or two before and they have always been accommodating with last minute changes. The cleaning crew is consistently the same people who already know the ins and outs of the building and if they change crews they always let me know in advance. They always let me know right away if they have any issues or if they observe something that is broken and needs attention. They even fill the bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap to make sure that we are ready to go for the next day of work or the next event. They even go the extra mile to leave me a note on my desk if we are running low on something so, I can order it.

There have been a couple times in heavy rain that we have had some wet carpets in the lobby and they have responded the same day in coming out to clean the carpets with the water vac. They also let me know when they think the carpets are coming close to needing the water vac cleaning again. It's nice to have a few things that you don't have to remind yourself about because they will let you know.

If you need your office cleaned or have an event venue that you want to make sure looks spotless every day I would call PJS because I have never encountered a better or more reliable cleaning service.

I've been using PJS for well over 15 years and love them! I have a great supervisor in charge of my property, and a low turnover rate with the staff. They are on top of any issues and will see it through to the end. I am also impressed with their cleaning processes, keeping my building shining!

I work in a building serviced by PJS and recommend them highly. It seems as though every time I go to the ladies room (which is pretty often!) a team member is straightening up, restocking, and keeping things tidy. In addition to their hard work, the entire staff is very professional. They are always very friendly and quick to say hello. Overall, the building is always kept immaculately clean from the large floor to ceiling windows that line the entire five-story structure to the floors and trashcans. PJS does an excellent job!

PJS is far and away the best in the business. They have been taking care of cleaning our building for 10+ years and have done an outstanding job. I also know they are great to work with and for. I have spoken to a number of their employee's over the years from managers to the folks that actually are in our space each evening and it sounds like PJS really does focus on employee performance and satisfaction. I've also noticed the very low turn-over which also tells me they must have a good benefit package for employees. In an industry that has constant change and turnover its nice to meet a provider that understands that employee satisfaction equals customer satisfaction.

We use Plus Services for several of our properties, and they have exceptional service, they are very efficient and thorough. We are very satisfied with the cleaning service and trash haul off.
