Thank God for Jack. Our yard was known as one of the worst in the neighborhood. It was over grown and not maintained for years. To top it off the middle of the back yard had turned into a swamp.
Jack and his team did a great job redoing everything; stripping the yard down to the dirt and building it back up again.
We are so proud of the way it looks now.
Our bet is we will use Jack in the future again and we can absolutely recommend Austin Living Landscapes.

I can’t say enough good things about Jack and Austin Living Landscapes (ALL). They stepped in after another prominent local company had to be terminated. ALL was prompt, professional and did not attempt to price gouge. Would recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough great things about Austin Living Landscapes. First and foremost their work is excellent. High quality and looks fabulous. They were on budget, on time and communicated clearly throughout the whole project.

We contracted with ALL to completely redo our landscaping and irrigation systems. They were efficient, effective, sophisticated, and responsive. We are extremely pleased with their total experience. Over our lifetime we have done extensive landscaping at every home. This experience was by far the best. For the comprehensive nature of the project, the cost was very appropriate and exceeded our expectations.

Austin Living Landscapes completed a total overhaul of both our front and back yards. Jack did an unbelievable job of creating the modern landscape of my dreams, while seamlessly merging it with the style of our older home and need for outdoor family spaces. I took my time with this project and spoke with many landscape companies. Without a doubt, Austin Living Landscapes had the best design. It was creative and innovative, and exactly what I wanted. Jack and Ivan were extremely responsive throughout the entire project, which lasted about 2 months. Their crews were professional, timely and executed high quality work. Jack and his team always kept quality as their top priority. They worked with us through the project when we wanted to make changes to some details, and were comfortable, easy, and fun to work with. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with an end result that my family will be enjoying for years. I highly recommend them and hope to work with them again as our family grows up and our outdoor living spaces need to grow up too!

Austin Living Landscapes made our desire of having a better outdoor space a reality. Jack’s design of our patio with a separate fire pit area and water feature was more than we imagined and the entire team brought it to life. They were professional and organized throughout the entire project. When “things” happened, they were quick to respond and make everything right. My wife now has a beautiful spot to enjoy her morning coffee, we just harvested a few zucchini, and the first family of Robins that nested in our trees have raised their family and flown away.

Amazing to work with! Travis both designed and implemented part of the landscaping for my yard. I was very happy with both the work and him and his crew's professionalism. I absolutely loved the design, and the result looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for design and/or landscaping.

Travis and his team were extremely professional and responsive. They did a great job on our walkway design and installation on both sides of our house. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and will look to use them again in the future.

Travis and his team did an exceptional job with the design and installation of our landscape. My husband and I are over the moon in the end. From the time I contacted Travis, to the installation, was quick and efficient, and most of all absolutely above and beyond our wildest expectations. Our back and front yard is an xeriscape oasis.

Travis listened and took on the challenge of our drainage issues with ease. He designed something that made the drainage problem into a beautiful aspect of our backyard. Not easy to accomplish given our terrain and flooding issues we have had in the past. Every time it rained, even the smallest of rain, mud would end up in our pool and Travis solved the problem. Even though we need the rain, secretly my husband and I would cringe knowing what would lie ahead. Now we say bring on the rain!

Another thing that impressed us the most was his team. They were always on time, kept the area clean while in construction phase and were kind and courteous. This is something we appreciated greatly as we have 4 four-legged members of the family who love to be outdoors and get into mischief. Luis, the Operations Manager, always took my call/text with professionalism, listened and had solutions to every whim and concern. Can't say enough glowing comments about Luis and his men.

Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole process. My neighbors have inquired about them as has friends. Every single cent was put to good use. I have the envy of all yards. Thank you Travis and his team!!!

The good folks of Thrive Landscape and Design have recently done a tremendous job of bringing creativity, responsiveness, professionalism and spectacular results together at a strong value. The upgrades we recently have done to our back yard looking out over valley and hills, we provide a wonderful return in our investment and the value of our home/property for years to come.

Under the hands-on/attention to detail leadership of Travis Odom all went smoothly and exceeded our expectation. The final deliverable included a newly created entertainment center in a portion of our back yard, including a rectangular fire pit, stone work, trees, shrubs and regional plants. This was under his supervision, as originally designed to address our needs.

His team of workers were engaged, friendly, timely, conscientious and were a pleasure to have satisfying our interests.

We had an excellent and lovely experience with Thrive. This is the third time we’ve had to redo our backyard on account of prior poor planning or climate changes that have made certain plants incompatible with our summer heat. Thrive did an outstanding job of producing a plan that was simple but Beautiful. And their crew did an excellent job of getting it done and doing it right. I highly recommend. We picked Thrive based on their great website but did not know anyone who had used them. They are in Austin and we live in Horseshoe Bay. Travis and his team turned out to be the best chance we ever took! He offered solid design ideas and did everything exactly as he promised. They are responsive, timely, neat and HONEST. Thrive Landscape and Design
Our steep and sloping backyard significantly eroded after 25 years. The remaining grass and plant life died off in the 2022 and 2024 arctic blasts. Travis Odom of Thrive Landscape and design created a zero-maintenance plan that made our backyard landscape visually appealing. He was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. His work crew of Victor, Rafael, and Carlos worked diligently to implement the plan. They were very skilled at ALL aspects of the plan’s installation. They came early, worked hard and cleaned up each day before they left. Luis the supervisor came frequently to oversee the plans’ implementation. Travis followed up on our satisfaction with the plan during and upon completion of the project. Our new backyard landscape significantly adds to our home and property value.
