Ben and his team did winter yard cleanup. Removed all the leaves and acorns. Cut back all the plants and mulched the plant beds. They showed up on time and did a great job. I plan on having them sod my yard this Spring. Highly recommend!

He was incredibly communicative and walked me through the whole process start to finish, even though he had underestimated how many stone slabs he needed for the project, he didn’t add any addition cost to his original quote. Him and his team were able to complete the job in one day (only 6 hours) and kept my property perfectly clean after leaving. Ben was fantastic, attentive and trustworthy. He came out to do a walk through and give me an estimate of a total yard clean up the day after I reached out! The following day his crew showed up and got right to work. You can tell they take pride in their work. They worked hard to turn what was once a yard littered with years of leaves and debris into a sharp clean yard. I could not be any happier with the work they did. Ben and his crew did an awesome job sodding my yard. We had a complex situation with some areas that were down to dirt and others that still had grass, but they made it look seamless. They removed leaves, roots, etc., brought in premium dirt to level out a big chunk of my backyard, laid the sod and did a really nice job with clean-up afterwards. Also, Ben spent a good deal of time checking our sprinklers, adjusting them and working out a new sprinkler program for me that would put more water on the new sod but less on existing grass. He's even planning to come back in 3-4 weeks to revise the sprinkler program once the sod takes root. Lastly, Ben is very easy to deal with and he's a straight shooter, his guys are friendly and the cost was reasonable for the amount of work we had done. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cobos Landscaping Solutions.

Cobos landscaping did some site grading and dirt removal for me. Easy communication. Crew that came out was extremely hard working- very happy with results.

Cobos Landscape Solutions provided us with great service when we desired to re sod the front yard and spread soil in the back. They were very professional and prompt.
