I had high hopes for working with these folks, in the beginning they were returning calls and responding when others were not. Once I had an estimate, I wanted to pare down to a project-by-project term as my budget would allow. That’s when the responses stopped. I give two stars for friendliness and responsiveness in the beginning but dropped off when the estimate would drop down. Off to try to find yet another landscape company…

Urban Oasis was recommended to us by our home builders, and we have been working with them over the last several months on our landscaping plan. Our experience with them has been incredible. They have been our favorite contractors to work with, by far. They are very communicative, very efficient, and always professional. They immediately understood the look we wanted and gave us a comprehensive design plan which they then parsed into manageable phases. We have really appreciated the knowledge and advice we've received from Carter, Josh, and Emilio. We are so grateful for the work they've done thus far, and are excited to continue working with them over the next year (or two...honestly I'd make changes to my yard just to get to keep working with them).

My husband and I contacted Urban Oasis for our backyard patio and fire pit project. We decided to go with the company because they seemed the most knowledgeable on best practices, had competitive pricing, and were extremely pleasant to work with while also being thorough. Given the expense, my husband and I were both nervous about the project and what the final result might look like at the end. However, throughout the process we found the team to be efficient in their work while also working well together as a team. I appreciated how they seemed to be very careful and thoughtful with their process, and didn't cut corners to just get the job done. The finished product looks beautiful and is exactly what we hoped it would be. We worked with Emilio during the sales process, who set the right expectations and made recommendations on what look to go with and how to fit the project within our budget. Noah and Jose kept the project moving swiftly and answered all our questions, even when I had second thoughts about the design choices or questions about maintenance. All in all we are very pleased with our results and do intend to use Urban Oasis in the future for any upcoming needs.

I highly recommend Urban Oasis for all your Landscaping projects. They were very detailed and precise. Did a very clean and professional job. Did not leave a mess at the end of each day. Augusto and Jared did a final walkthrough and everything was great. It’s nice when things get done right. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give Urban Oasis a 12!!

I cannot say enough how grateful I was to have found Urban Oasis to do my yard transformation! They were friendly, reliable, clean, flexible, organized, knowledgeable, and on-time! They transformed my outdoor space into a relaxing oasis. We have received many compliments. The staff don the beginning was attentive and thoughtful which made it extremely easy to work with them. Many thanks to Carter, Brandon, Augusto, Emilio, entire crew, and especially the guy who drove the blue truck (I apologize that I don’t remember your name but only your transportation but you are awesome!!)

Did a great job adding iron railing to my back patio area. Much safer. They were quick yet great quality work. Will use again for sure for other projects.

We had a great experience with Urban Oasis! Carter, Noah, and Emiliano were incredibly communicative throughout the project — always clear, responsive, and easy to work with. They installed new sod and irrigation in our backyard, planted two trees, and added pavers to our front walkway. Everything turned out beautifully and on schedule. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how smoothly the whole process went. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Urban Oasis. We had a large scale project which involved both the front and back yard, and are thrilled with the outcome. Brandon and Noah were both very communicative and helped to ensure a smooth process day in and day out. They also offered some great ideas that we incorporated that improved upon our initial design. We were admittedly very particular on small details throughout the project and the team was very accommodating and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the end results of the project. I would definitely recommend Urban Oasis to anyone looking to improve the value of their homes and make your backyard into a area where you want to spend more time and host friends and family

Urban Oasis Contracting installed a gorgeous hardscape patio and artificial turf at my home, and I was blown away by how consistently they kept me updated—texts before they arrived, prompt answers to every question, and clear next-step explanations. That level of attentive communication, combined with their craftsmanship, made the project completely stress-free and left me thrilled with the finished outdoor space.

We were referred to Urban Oasis from Yardzen and we worked with a great crew! Quite honestly, if we were to do it over, we would have started from scratch with U.O. and saved the money from Yardzen. U.O. was able to help us re-imagine hardscaping, install french drains, pick out local plants, and add lighting. They took our Yardzen design to the next level with local expertise and in-person consultation; fixing issues that were overlooked in the renderings by YZ.

The sales starter team was super patient with me as we took the original drawings and scaled them to our budget; providing multiple drafts and itemized bids to help us see where we could get the most for our fund. My favorite day was walking through their nursery with their specialist going over the best options and then he put together a design for our budget. We also had a super talented team laying our brick walkways and we appreciated their attention to detail. Our on-site PGM, Noah, answered all my anxiety-ridden questions with calm and a bias for solution-seeking. His demeanor has been a rare find in the contractor business; Noah was always there to say 'let me look into another option for you' or 'let me get that fixed' - he never came up with an excuse first when I had feedback or a question. Noah's respect for the client, his team, and the overall project, plus his quick responses to communications made him a gem to work with.

I asked loads of questions and sweated over every detail; we had a few questions after the project was complete (and paid for) and they were back out next day to adjust! If they'll have us back we would work with them again on Phase 2 of our project. Highly recommend.

Urban Oasis was a pleasure to work with and extremely professional in all aspects. From Conception/Initial quote all the way to final walk through there was constant communication, follow ups on design, and extremely patient and thorough with all our questions and follow ups. I highly recommend Urban Oasis for any contracting work. We plan to use them again when we decide to remodel our back yard!

There are lots of big or small landscaping companies on the internet, but you never know what could be happened. My sweet neighbor recommended Urban Oasis to me. After little research, I decided to leave a message and see. Then I got a response on the same day, after that everything went really smoothly, and my project manager David follows up with me every day, the team arrives on time, and the work was done as promised. So far I have 2 backyard projects by them, I believe if I have further plans, I would like to hire them again.

I hired Urban Oasis to do a backyard project designed by YARDZEN. I’m thrilled with the results. Carter & Noah were fast, responsive, easy to work with, and thorough. The crew they brought in crushed in 3 days what I expected to take 7 - and in the worst heat of the year so far. 100% recommend Urban Oasis.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with them from the craftsmanship to the organization. Also having a designer that helps with placement and plant design is a game changer!

Nate and his team were wonderful to work with. They did a thorough and efficient job and were quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They even returned a week later to replace plants that had died. I highly recommend choosing urban oasis for your landscaping needs!
