In the Austin location, two technicians came out promptly at 8 AM and communicated very well. They addressed the problem very quickly and were able to fix my sprinklers within an hour. Would use them again.

This company has a contract with the HOA which neighbors my property. They were responsive and courteous to mow some additional area. They appear to be building their company on good customer service. I recommend them.

Easy to work with and super reliable. They replaced my valve on the same day for only $700 which is great since it was a big job. They are awesome and professional. Ill recommend them to friends and family.

Joel our sprinkler technician came to our HOA on time and dressed professionally in uniform. He was able to diagnose our problem and fix it in under an hour. The cost was reasonable and whole process was super easy. We will be asking them for a landscaping maintenance quote shortly.

These guys were amazing. Went online, got an appointment the next day. Fernando was able to come in a bit early, found the leak in my sprinkler system, and fix on the spot.

Everyone was super communicative and quick. They clearly use technology to their advantage. Everything was a quick click away, including payment. Will definitely be going back to them! (Hopefully not soon though)

From the very first call it was a great experience. Service call was prompt and thorough, identifying all the sprinkler heads which were not working and why, as well as a section which needed a small piece replaced due to a crack. He them went thru the entire sprinkler system, showing how-to use it and make adjustments as needed. I had an issue a few months later when I had a water heater replaced. The electrician had turned off the sprinkler system without informing us. I called TLS and they quickly returned and turned it back on, testing it to make sure all the sprinklers were working properly. I would highly recommend them.

Total lawn and sprinkler has come out to my house numerous times and has always been reliable, on time, professional, and reasonably priced. They quoted the total amount for the job before they started the work so I didn’t have any surprises. Phillip is super great to work with. We even had them quote our HOA maintenance as well.

We are so grateful for Total Lawn & Sprinkler. We had no idea what happened to my Mom's sprinkler system. A contractor had been out the day before doing something and then the next morning the sprinkler system wasn't working. What did they do? We had no idea! You know there's a panic when you can't see the issue because it's under ground and it was working just fine before. TL&S responded quickly, came out and were able to find the issue promptly and fixed our issue efficiently. Fernando was wonderful at explaining the issue in a way I could understand. He was beyond professional and kind. Poor guy got caught in the middle of a thunderstorm during his repair, but kept at it. We also got super help from the office in changing payment cards when we accidentally paid on the wrong card. I highly recommend!

This was our first experience with this company. For those considering their services and unsure about pricing, here is a breakdown of the repair:

•PVC fittings, primer, and cement: $150

The total cost was $1,013.22.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this beautiful place and to all the beautiful, attentive staff. Me, my friend Amanda and Brian came out for a visit. We had such a wonderful time. We did end up setting in the red swing and it ended up breaking. The staff were so amazing. Shout out to David for ALL is empathy and compassion and for going the extra mile to make it right!!! A fun beautiful place as well as great nursery with knowledgeable staff

The people here are so helpful and they actually answer the phone! I go to all the local nurseries and they have the cheapest prices in the Austin area. Great selection of native perennials, herbs, annuals, shrubs, and trees. The only section that’s fairly small is their tropicals and small cactuses.

Love this garden center! Their plants are all top-quality, they have everything you could need for indoor and outdoor plants/gardens, and it's such a fun environment just to explore (especially with small children). Don't forget to look for the dinosaurs sprinkled throughout and say hi to the chickens and goat!

I love the huge selection of plants that will grow in our area. I especially appreciate the large selection of affordable plants in 4"pots. My favorite thing is getting to see their permanent plantings, which lets you see how plants will look when they are mature. I love the bees and butterflies. Even on the busiest days, it's possible to get knowledgeable help. I think this is the best nursery in Austin.

Plan on spending a lot of time here. They will always have something you can't live without.

Very friendly representatives! You can choose the plant you want and they’ll explain everything about the plant and how you should look after the plant. It’s a safe haven for Plant Lovers! They have varieties of plants and seeds. It’s a beautiful place with beautiful plants!

Reported to have a wide selection of natives, but actual selection was pretty small. Most staff friendly, Sarah at checkout was visibly put off when I asked if staff knew of other local nursery’s with a wider selection.

Beautiful and creative grounds.

I visited The Natural Gardener based on a recommendation. While wandering around the store, I met Chrissie, who was setting up for a class. I asked her for help with a project in a large pot, and she took the time to help me come up with a beautiful design. The Natural Gardener has an extremely knowledgeable staff and a great selection of plants. I'll definitely be back!

This is a great place to buy all things that grow in the ground or in a pot. The selection is great. Plus there are all these cute pathways to discover (with my grandson). And then there are chickens and a goat. Great staff. Helpful and knowledgeable.
