Absolutely horrible property damage policy. Pro damaged my yard three weeks ago. Three different LawnStarter provided contractors estimate repair cost of about $2000. LawnStarter a response is we will pay $300. Can’t get anyone on the phone to address the issue. All they do when you call is request another review. This should have been an easily handled situation. Pro admitted mistake, accidents happen. User beware, their protection policy only covers what they say it will cost to fix, not what the people that actually do the work say it will cost.

I can’t thank Charles enough for turning around our homeowners association from an old 1970s decrepit looking condominium complex to a contemporary, looking well-maintained. Highly desirable place to live. We are very thankful for our relationship with Charles and total lawn and sprinkler

Speaking as someone who is always leery of these online reviews, I can tell you that my experience with Total Lawn & Sprinkler was top notch. Creighton showed up early and went right to work replacing nozzles and getting some of my zones working again. He then helped me program my sprinkler system. He was very courteous and professional. They definitely earned my repeat business. Five stars.

My lawn in my condo was dying due to my previous landscapers neglect and then Total Lawn and Sprinkler came in and made my day! I’ve never seen it so green. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jose Musset since he is genuine educated and knowledgeable.

With all that's going on, I was timid about contracting a company to come out to repair my sprinkler system. I had an entire zone not working, they came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and professionally. Great service, they showed up on time and we could do everything with social distancing. Use these guys! The quality and pricing is right on!

If you are looking for professionals to work on your sprinkler system, Total Lawn & Sprinkler Inc are the people to go to. I live in San Antonio and I have a sprinkler system and the sprinkler heads in one of the zones was leaking continuously even after I completely shut off the system. I called them and Waylan came to troubleshoot the problem. It took him about 5 minutes to know what the problem was. He worked on the system by replacing the valve and he was done in less than an hour. He told me as a courtesy, he will stop by the following day to see if the leak had stopped. I was not at home when he stopped by, but he took pictures and sent them to me just to assure me that the leak had stopped. During this process, the manager Phillip Mikalik called me and asked me if everything was okey. Since my sprinkler system had been leaking for almost one year, he had noticed that I was very particular as I wanted everything to be fixed in the right way. This is what he told me, “My goal is to make you happy and satisfied”. After everything was fixed, I can assure you that the Manager made sure that I am completely happy and satisfied.

I usually do not write long reviews, but I had to for this one because of the way I was treated. They were honest, they explained what they will do, and more so made sure that I will be happy and pleased. So, If your sprinkler system is having any kind of issue, call these people and ask for Phillip or Waylan. Phillip is the manager, explain to him what is going on with your sprinkler system, he will explain to you what to expect and from there be at peace because you have the right person and right company!

Great experience. Response was fast. Had plenty of notifications prior to showing up. When Jeremy showed up, gave me an estimate and time for completion prior to doing the work. Did the work quicker than the estimate. Kept me up to date with work progress with pictures. Was kind and helpful throughout the process. Would hire again.

We recently hired total lawn and sprinkler at my condominium association to take over our landscaping maintenance. I like them so much that I actually had them work on my rental house in San Antonio and had a very similar experience thankfully. If you’re looking for someone that knows what they’re doing when it comes to irrigation repair, I would look further.

We hired Total Lawn and Sprinkler to repair out home owners association sprinkler system recently. They did such a great job with their actual work and had awesome customer interaction skills as well. They were so easy to deal with that we hired them to do our HOA maintenance as well.

Fernando did a great job identifying and resolving our sprinkler pipe leak. He fixed the pipe quickly and made sure to limit damage to the grass. Great work.

Fernando our technician was awesome! He showed up on time, in uniform and forgives out our problem instantly. Our invoice was $350 which I thought was cheap given how big our problem was.
