Had a great experience and will use these guys again in the future! The company was super responsive, scheduled me quickly, and showed up on time. Sean and Julian were extremely professional and polite! They diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed repair options, explained the quote, gave a VERY fair price and even explained a prior quote from another company to me so I was able to really understand the service and costs. The repair was completed quickly despite it being between the 1st and 2nd home levels; I was able to work unbothered while they worked. When they were finished, Sean asked me to examine their work, explained the repair, and answered my questions. They were extra considerate and proactive- they added additional supports to a near pipe to protect from potential water weight damage addition to their repair, I feel like they really went above and beyond. I could tell they value their work and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy and they didn’t try to sell me anything except the service I asked for which is greatly appreciated! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Price was higher than what other plumbers in the area have charged us. They also tried to upsell on a new garbage disposal but couldn’t really provide a reason why. I haven’t used them since.

The people are absolutely wonderful and polite but call someone else. They charged me 4 times more for a job I had done at 4 previous properties. They also ended up taking over 5 hours for a job that should have taken 1

Thank heavens for an honest professional! We are out of state and had to get someone fast, trustworthy, and willing to tackle a tough job on our rental property - the pros at Mojica were all that and so much more! Thank you guys for going above and beyond times ten - YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

This is one of the best plumbing company's I have ever worked with. They have amazing customer service, they kept calling to make sure we were happy.

I had one toilet needing a flapper and another needing the complete fill valve replaced. The very friendly intake person said she was unable to give me an estimate, not even an approximate idea of how much the repair may cost. I agreed to be paying the $79 fee for a person to come to give me the estimate and was assured this amount would be included in the repair cost. The person came, opened a price book, added up the items needed for the repair and the estimated time to complete the job. The estimate was in excess of $500!
I declined the repair (seemed too expensive) I felt that this was a set-up because if the intake person had given me an approximate idea of the cost over the phone, I could have avoided paying $79 - an amount not easily forfeited.
P.S. I did my own repair after going on line to see how it was done; the material costs were less than $20.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

Mojica installed toilets, tub and faucets. Did a fantastic job. Always responsive and was easy to schedule. Everyone was professional from the office staff to the plumbers. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.

It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while. We got a call from a neighbor that there was an issue with water running out of the garage. What do I do??? I looked online and found Mojica Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. They had some great reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I put our property management team in touch with them to check out the issue. Thankfully they were able to go in, get the water heater replaced and solve our problem. They were professional, fast and efficient. While they were in the house, I had them check around for other plumbing or water issues. Nothing found but we now have peace of mind and a company that we trust, so far away! To rate "I loved it" wouldn't be my typical response for a plumbing problem but this time it's true.

Basic stuff I can handle on my own, anything beyond that – had to call in a professional. Mojica is super nice on the phone, can’t stress this because how customer service is always a hassle with so many, not Mojica. Plus they came in, fixed the blockage with the snake wiring thing, AND didn’t leave a mess. They were prompt and didn’t give me any surprise on the bill, which was a surprise!! Do you have a home plumbing need? I recommend them for good customer service, and for service where they know what the heck they’re doing!! A+

Mojica Plumbing has been a client of mine so when I needed plumbing services, Mojica was my first call. The service was great. I received a call before the service and Oscar was able to put my mind at ease. Oscar listened to the description of the problem then explained the work he would do and the cost.

The work was completed very quickly and with no surprises. Mojica turned what would have been a three trip to home depot project into a single call.

I had issues with my 15-year-old hot water heater. I've done business with many other plumbing companies in the past. I can say that Mojica Plumbing is by far the best. They came out the same day, gave me a good price, and installed a high-efficiency tankless water heater. I couldn't be happier with their service and communication. I will never use another plumbing company other than Mojica Plumbing.

I normally do not write negative reviews as I know that people, companies can have a bad day. My experience is one that I feel needs to be shared as it showed very untrustworthy practices. I selected Juan & Only Plumber to look at our hot water heated based on reviews and posts on Reddit. While searching, I found that people experience “zip code” pricing by some companies. I have never experienced this and did not believe it until working with Juan & Only Plumber in Austin. The tech was supposed to arrive between 1-4pm. I called at 4:30 to see if we needed to reschedule. I was told I would get an update ASAP. Finally at 6:20p, I got a text saying a different tech would arrive in 15min. My husband met w/ the technicians, they decided it best to replace the hot water heater. We were given a verbal quote of $3250 for replacement of the propane heater. I received a quote later that evening for $2650 that stated in 3 areas replacement of a propane heater, propane lines & propane set up. I accepted the quote. In the morning, the tech texted, said he quoted incorrectly as it was not for a propane heater and would send one for the $3250 he told us. I then got the same exact quote from the night before with the only change being the price which was now $3750. I pointed this out via text to the tech. Someone from the company then texted & emailed saying that I should accept or deny. No explanation of why my price jumped overnight by $1100. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This company was contaced 10/2. A tech was scheduled to come out 10/3- the good stops there. The "free" estimate is misleading. Jose comes out and says " to be sure about his visual inspection and diagnosis-" it will cost 275.00 on top of repair cost to be sure the recommendation is correct. He was unable to do anything anyway because, "I don't have the parts with me." The repair expenses quoted (without the 275.00) were two separate quotes. 1) 497.50 to replace a three faucet handle and 2) 949.50 to "rebuild the entire shower assembly to stop the leak (whatever that means) The quote went on to say, "The supply house doesn't sell them by themselves. These two options were an upsell for things not needed, not to mention overpriced. I messaged them to see if they would replace simply the cartridge in the cold faucet handle as step one to see if that would stop the leak. I verified the plumbing supply store had the piece I needed. The reply I received was, "Will you supply the part?" (ridiculous, but I said, "Sure.." Their new quote was 349.00. The part is a $15.00 part. They never sent an official quote to accept. When I asked if the "Diagnosis fee" of $275.00 was in addition to the $349.00- the reply was, "Let me check with Jose and I'll contact you later. That was on 10/7. Today is 10/9 and I haven't heard back. I called Proven Plumbing who came out today, were honest, quick and BEST of all the repair was $250.00. Proven Plumbing changed the cartridge and the leak stopped. In/Out and repair done in a straight forward business like manner. Buyers beware of the overpriced services, added fees, and potentially selling you more than you need. I didn't need a total shower rebuild (whatever that is) or a completely new faucet system. The part was available as a separate piece and repair was easy peasy by a reputable company.

Notified me when he was in route and arrived at designated time. Friendly and courteous and fixed my plumbing problem. Would recommend him to family and friends.
