Chris from Juan and Only plumbing did a great job with an underground leak. Fixed it with better and stronger materials than original material and in under 2 hours.

We had a cracked pipe by garage/driveway, as well as a leak at the turn-off valve inside the garage. Eric Lopez with Juan and Only Plumber came out and fixed both within a reasonable time frame as well as cost. He was there shortly after I placed call and assured me it would all be taken care of today. I was impressed w Eric and his professionalism and highly recommend Juan and Only. Thank you guys!!

Eric was very nice and professional. He gave me an estimate based on a couple of scenarios. He did a great job & fixed my clog. I am very pleased & will call them again when I have a problem.

Juan and only came out and fixed my leaking shower. They took the time to diagnose, repair, and ensure the problem was fixed. They were professional and were able to figure out the issue fast. I will call them next time something comes up.

Joshua came today, early Monday morning and got my toilet sorted out super quickly. A little more than I thought I would spend to get a toilet working again, but his professionalism and quick work were worth it.

Had Josh come out to work on several tasks for us, including changing out a sink and garbage disposal, toilet, and a pressure valve. The owner, Juan, stopped by as well to check in. Great gentlemen dedicated to exceptional service.

Eric was extremely helpful installing a new hybrid heat pump water in my garage.

From the outset, Juan & Only was conscious of my budget by allowing me to purchase the water heater on-sale from Home Depot (forfeiting any margin they'd make) while they provided the labor and additional parts. And their labor quote beat the estimates I got from other plumbers for the job.

The actual installation was more complicated than expected -- the new water heater just barely fit into the closet after removing some door trim. But Eric and Juan worked tirelessly for hours to finish the install and it's been working perfectly since (2 weeks ago).
