My old extension water tank heater busted today. James form EZ Flow came to fix it and replaced it with a better quality one. My hot water is back on. Thank you!

Mo and his team were able to quickly assess the failure point on my outside pipe which had a pvc connector breakage. He provided a quote up front and proceeded to the repair, fixing it without issue. Highly recommend.

EZ Flow are my go to, their plumbers are honest and competent and do a great job of evaluating what needs to be done based on my concerns. Their scheduling is easy and I've never had an extended wait before someone could get out to me.

I highly recommend their team! The team arrived on time within the scheduled time window (they even apologized for not arriving earlier 😂). They quickly evaluated my underground pipe leakage and provided a very reasonable quote. Once they got my approval, they headed toHome Depot to get the right materials and returned within an hour. They fixed the pipe within 20 minutes. Best plumbing service I've ever had.

Last night my hot water heater wasn't heating so I called EZ Flow to come to my rescue. Today Saturday morning at 10:30 the owner showed up and relight my pilot light. Such a great experience and no charge. Thank you so much Bill for your friendly and quick response.

This company is excellent. Bill is a good man. God bless his family and his company. My water heater broke, and I was in a bind. I was geographically outside of the zone he normally covers in terms of distance. But he heard my baby crying in the background (unrelated matter) and he was willing to go out of his way to help my family. He had no obligation to do that, he did it out of the kindness of his heart. America was built on the backs of good men like Bill and his company, who help other fellow Americans in times of need. His positive intentions touched my heart, and I am deeply thankful to him for it.

Sorry Batman and Robin but James and AJ are the REAL dynamic duo! I had a major clog in my mainline, called a plumber from Taskrabbit, he came out and made the problem worse! Called E Z Flow the next day and James/ AJ were at my house at 11am sharp. James came in, assessed the situation and told me exactly what the issue was, remedies to fix it and the overall cost with no fluff. Jame and AJ got right to work and were very professional and kept me abreast of their progress. James is a straight shooter (which I like), and has a great personality to boot. AJ worked diligently and I could tell he knew what he was doing by his confidence. By 12:30pm the issue was resolved and James and AJ drove away like hero Cowboys at the end of a Western. The price for the job was VERY reasonable and didn’t make me sweat. PLEASE use E Z Flow Plumbing for any plumbing issues. They are the best hands down!

I had an emergency plumbing situation and within 30 mins I had a crew at my door. Within an hour my issue was fully resolved and it cost much less than I expected. Very kind and helpful staff.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

They were the third plumber to come out and fix our problem. They fixed it immediately and their creativity saved us a lot of money. We can tell the quality of work is high and we will use them again!

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

They do good quality work and show up at appointments. They need to work on making their quotations and invoices more precise by using building terminology consistently. I wish they were less expensive, but this is Austin. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in Austin.

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!
