OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. In today environment the hardest thing to find is a honest, master mechanic, electrician or plumber at a reasonable cost. A&T Plumbing is it!!!

A&T has done several jobs at our house, including installing a water softener. They are always very responsive if I have questions and have come out quickly, if needed. They are also friendly and professional. Definitely our go-to plumbers!

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.
In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

A&T showed up on time and went to work to find a hidden plumbing leak in our yard. After about 15 minutes, the technician said he would not be able to locate the leak because of the circumstances of our lot. He refused any payment since he didn't find the leak--that's amazing. I would absolutely call A&T Plumbing again.

Dustin and Corbin came out and identified where my leak was coming from in about five minutes. They were friendly and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them back when I need a plumber.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.

We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.

Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.

The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.

We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.

We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.

Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.

These guys are pros. They can solve problems.

They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.

Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.

10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

The professionalism and compassion began with Brandy on the phone, continued with Don, Geronimo, and finally with Eric who did repairs. The work done to fix my problems (yes plural) was done timely professionally and at an affordable price.

I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.

A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.

I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. Have recommended them to my neighbors and they share my assessment. If you have a plumbing need, day or night - call them!

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.

Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.

They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.
