I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

I called Pierre, the owner, last night and he had a crew out ASAP today for me. My hot water heater wasn’t working and they figured out quickly. It was the pilot light. They did not charge me a service fee because the fix was so simple. I have been using them for at least seven years now and I have always trusted them 100%.

We'll in this home for another eighteen months, tops. We'll be selling and moving after Samsung opens shop and we can get the best price. So, we want to spend as little as possible on this home.

A&T Service Plumbing made that possible. They made three trips out to insure we had a compatible unit to keep cost down and finish up the last bit of plumbing work.

And, we still got a very good Navien tankless water heater any future owners will have for a lengthy, normal life.

I cannot recommend them enough! If you're in the Austin area, definitely call them!

I should add... they also replaced a tank heater when I lived in south Austin back in 2016. I was glad to find them again.

Do not confuse them with "AT Plumbing". That company would not come out to Taylor.

Amazing customer service! Pierre came out to our house very quickly, and even responded to a followup question we had after the repair. We will definitely be using A&T again for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend A&T Service Plumbing. They were thorough, honest and trustworthy. They provided great guidance on a unique plumbing issue. I will absolutely be hiring them for any future plumbing projects.

My bath faucet broke and I couldn't turn my water off. This company (specifically, Christopher and an assistant) was able to come out sooner than any other company I contacted and get the issue resolved (they installed a new faucet cartridge). Now, the faucet is like new.

After the repair, my sink faucet started having a low flow issue, and I contacted A&T and they walked me through how to fix the issue myself over text message, which I really appreciated.

I did have to have them come back out the next day to make the water able to be set to a hotter temperature, but they did it for free and it wasn't their fault either as I had already taken off the handle myself, which "lost" my previous setting, so they just set it back to the middle. If that makes sense. Point is, they came out and fixed another small issue that wasn't their fault and they didn't charge me for it. This company is awesome. I highly recommend going with them!

Update: I did notice a crack or scratch in my faucet face plate or whatever you call it that I don't think was there before, so it might have been damaged by the installer from this company, and they didn't tell me about it (if they even realized they did it), but I guess no one's perfect. Probably can install a new one myself.

Extremely happy will Pierre and his team. They came out during the freeze after new years. After determining that it was not a bad gas flow vale or gas burner or a water leak they identified that the manufacture had made a defective hot water heater replace the water heater. His guys were great and determined to make sure we got hot water.

A&T plumbing has been great. Called them last month for a master bath water line back feeding into our wall. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue with a couple hours. They were even able to work with our home warranty provide. Top notch service.

We called A&T to take a look at our water heater when the water wasn't getting hot enough. They came out, assessed and were able to get a part the next day to fix it. As it turned out our unit was still under warranty and the technician told us we could probably get a reimbursement from the manufacturer. In order to get the reimbursement though A&T had to submit paperwork for us outlining the issue. It was a few months of back and forth but A&T was great about helping and we were finally able to get the reimbursement. They had already been paid so there was no obligation to help us but they went above and beyond to follow-up and make sure we could get the money back. We will definitely be using them for all future needs.

I called A&T Plumbing yesterday for a water heater that had gone bad. They came first thing this morning to replace it. They were professional, courteous, careful in their work, and had things squared away in a timely manner. Not to mention, their prices were straightforward and reasonable. We will call them again for our plumbing needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Pierre was quick to respond and got me on the schedule immediately to get a utility sink installed in our garage. Geronimo and his team were very respectful and did a clean job. It may have been a small job but they treated me like I was getting my whole house done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

I had to replace my sewer line which ran underneath the driveway. They did a great job start to finish at a great price. I highly recommend this company. Noel and Roberto were great to work with .

The pilot light in the water heater of our rental went out and the tenant told us that he was unable to get it started again. I called Pierre to come out and repair it. He drove 1 hour and managed to get it started again. I asked him what I owed for the service call. He said nothing. I was shocked after expecting to pay plenty for this. Would highly recommend this company.

Pierre and his guys are the best! They have helped me on multiple properties. They are prompt, they perform quality work, and are HONEST! Just recently, my sewer was clogged. Pierre helped me over the phone. Before I called him, I tried to unclog it myself and was unsuccessful and very smelly. With his help, we got it unclogged instantly! He saved me money and took the time to explain what I should do. As always, thank you!

We’ve used A&T for several jobs now, and we have been very happy with the service and quality the quality of the work. Noel and Roberto were professional and a pleasure to work with. The prices have been very reasonable and estimates were provided up front. Pierre was available via text for scheduling and the response was timely. We will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with A ant T plumbing. Particularly Pierre. Thought installing a shower valve would be fairly simple. Turns out not the case. Gave Pierre a call, he walked me through the process step by step, was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I have no hesitation referring them, or using them for future services. Great company.
