I had no clue as to what I needed and went in looking for a part and all I had was a picture & the guys Matt, Ben, Craig, and Robert were all so very helpful. They took the time to look up the part (which had to be ordered) gave me a time frame as to when it would be in, and called when it arrived. I would go there for any plumbing supplies that I need. thank y'all so much.

Said it'd take two days to ship a part from South Austin store, so I drove down instead. Then, when part was defective, wouldn't take the return - forced to drive it back... Aimed at contractors; retail consumers shouldn't bother.

I just left this location and was treated very disrespectedfully by Matt at the counter. He got angry with me because I questioned the change to plastic on the old style Moen tub/shower face plate they sell now. He "mansplained" on top of me and emanated animosity in front of all the other male clients there.
