Just left one of the most awesome plumbing supply houses in the Austin area.
Everyone at the counter was very helpful and assisted us with all of our questions.
They're advise also saved us quite a bit of dollars that we would have wasted otherwise!

I accidentally broke my toilet tank lid and was trying to find a replacement before the hubby came home lol!!! The gentleman was very helpful and saved the day!

Very helpful, though they didn't have all the parts I needed to fix my RV they referred me to someone that did carry those parts and were helpful in explaining how to go about fixing my problem myself. Would definitely recommend

Let it be said, I love the store Morrison Supply.I've dealt with the guys from south store to north. The Roxie store I'll no longer buy from, I'll drive the distance to another. I'll not name names but disrespectfulness to women is an issue and customer service without sarcastic phrases or comments is uncommon, and if you are a woman then your knowledge is squat even if you do know what you are talking about after they insinuate and suggest you do not. NEVER at the other stores did I experience that.
I get it...you deal with men all day, can jump from sarcasm to 'hey this chick is...' But you NEVER, in a customer service world, play disrespect, sarcasm, and insinuation to your customers in their face or on the phone.
Starts at the top, Matt. Doubt your boss would see customers the way you and your staff do.

I wish I can give them 6 star. The guy who helped me is extremely nice and honest. After I showed him the photos, he provided me the solutions. It turns out that I do not make any purchase at the store and got all my problems solved. He just made my day.

Terrible customer service

Was going to call the office to complain about one of their drivers and realized it’s just the one guy. The same guy that gave this business a 5 star review. Absolutely reckless driving.

I used Christopher Ranallo for a plumbing job after he said it would take 1 hour. It ended up taking him 2 hours and he didn't provide me with a quote before hand. My mistake for not asking him ahead of time, but I've worked with many plumbers and did not expect anything unreasonable. Christopher charges $250 an hour, plus parts! He never sent me an itemized bill until I started asking questions. He charges more than double what most plumbers charge. I've used more friendly plumbers at a better price so I would not recommend him.

Just from his driving alone, I would never use. He didn't stop at consecutive stop signs and almost hit me while I was trying to walk across the street.

I run a small preschool. My potty for the kids went down and Ranallo Plumbing answerd my call and showed up within 20 minutes. This is not the first time i have used them. I jave been a customer for 7 uears amd my experiences have all been tje same . Fast response, clear explanation, go above and beyond service, and leave tje area clean and ready to go!!! All at a fair price. Our family will always call on Ranallo plumbing

Nathan is great and really knowledgeable. Replaced our leaking toilet and shower handle with fair pricing.

I didn't get to use them because they were all booked up, but they were so helpful on the phone. They gave me names of other plumbers they like and even tried to help me fix the problem on my own. I will definitely use them the next time an issue comes up.

I’ve used Nathan’s Plumbing on two separate occasions, this time happened to be a clogged clothes washer drain. Even though the problem turned out to be more of an issue than what he originally quoted me on, he still honored his original quote and got the problem resolved in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Nathan's Plumbing came to install my water softener. Chris was the plumber that came out. He was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. I've never had a plumber come out prepared with parts on the truck already. Chris was very professional and came out on short notice and on time. Will definitely use them again.
