I was surprised by how quickly Nathan was able to come out and look at my water heater. He quickly troubleshooted the problem, and had a replacement part on hand! I've used Nathan's twice for a stubborn bathroom sink. He's always available withing 24 hours of my call, personable, hard working and always takes the time to explain the work done and if possible how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this plumber. He's a local business not a chain , so your money is going to stay local and support a neighbor.

I highly recommend Nathan's plumbing. I've called him twice this year. I first had a pressure problem that caused rattling pipes. Drew was the plumber that came to do the repair. A couple days after the work was done, an adjustment was needed, Nathan came right over and did it. The second time Nathan replaced my toilet and change my vanity sink to a pedestal. The work was neat and he got it done quickly and he didn't leave a mess. I found the pricing to be very reasonable for the work and quality. Both Drew and Nathan are really nice guys. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I have future projects in mind that I will definately be using Nathan's for.

Nathan and his apprentice were friendly and got the job done ASAP. Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things, he also gave us some advice for winterizing pipes. Reached out to Nathan yesterday for an issue with our water heater pilot light. He was great in communicating with us about what might be going on, helped us get the heater up and running again, and worked out an action plan depending whether the issue recurs. In addition he gave us a timeline on getting parts if needed and how quickly he could get them installed. Nathan was recommended to me by a friend and she absolutely did not miss! I am a new homeowner and am not used to repairs, so when my house got a leak, it was panic inducing. Honest and fair priced plumber. Had him replace valves and supply lines to in my bathrooms. You get him directly when you call. I always prefer to work directly with an experienced owner/operator like Nathan vs using a larger company where you never know what level of technician you'll get. He even walked me through key steps of the repair so I could try to DIY any similar fixes in the future.

You should not let American Home Shield
send this company to your house. Do whatever it takes to get another company for service. Very unprofessional and do not listen...they already know answers before even getting to the equipment. There must be some kind of something between the two companies.

This company is contracted with American Home Shield. These people are a complete waste of time. Came to my house to fix a stoppage. Couldn't find a clean out and just left. Im glad you got my money. You will never get another dime from me. Next time I call AHS. I will make sure they do NOT send you.
