We recently remodeled two bathrooms. Overall, our experience with Facets of Austin was exceptional. I shopped at another large plumbing supplier and the experience with Facets of Austin was a night-and day difference. Their expertise, customer service, and wide selection of products made a daunting project enjoyable and stress-free.
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional customer service. The design staff, particularly Terin L, are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Terin took the time to understand my vision for the bathrooms, and presented me with multiple recommendations and suggestions. She showed me a wide range of products without any pressure, and patiently answered all my questions (of which I had many!).
I absolutely love my new bathroom, and it wouldn't have been possible without their help. Highly recommend!

BEST experience ever! There is no better place in Austin for plumbing fixtures and appliances. Huge shout out to Jamie for being so friendly and thoughtful and going above and beyond with everything. Stores like these are few and far between, and Facets gives me faith there's still real customer service out there. Beautiful showroom, wide selection of nearly everything you need for your kitchen and/or bathroom, and people who really care about their customers. We're a little sad our current remodel is almost over and we don't have too many more excuses to visit the showroom, but at least we have another bathroom remodel coming up pretty soon.

Mike, Kristina, Adam and team are amazing to work with. I use them almost exclusively for the appliances, plumbing fixtures, and hardware on the custom homes I build. When buildling a home you almost always run into issues (defective part, backordered items, etc.) but Facets always takes care of us even sometimes at their own cost. Many other vendors have tried to steal our business away from them but they can never compete with the service this team provides.

Not ideal if you need design guidance or help matching finishes. We brought in a sample of our polished brass finish and matched it to a faucet in the showroom. When we asked for help selecting coordinating accessories like drain covers and shower handles, we relied on the staff’s suggestions and placed the order.

When the items arrived, the finishes were noticeably different. Since they came from different manufacturers, the mismatch is understandable, but we were disappointed the staff didn’t mention this or offer alternative solutions.

If you already know exactly what you need, this place may work. Otherwise, I would not recommend visiting here.

Lots of sales, not a lot of service. Hard to work with when there are setup issues with ordered items or warranty issues on fixtures. E.g. I had to pay for a defective shower head twice (had to buy the replacement), then return defective head, then follow up for a credit to be issued.

Facets has a wide variety of products that suits the needs of any project size, style, or budget. Adam and Kristina are absolute rockstars. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and responsiveness is beyond most in the industry! I've had the pleasure of doing many projects with them over the years and they continue to be top tier partners!

Clayton and his crew did an outstanding job repairing our replacement of cast-iron sewer line. They were always punctual and professional about the job. Those guys are hard workers in order to be commended!

Our house had cast-iron pipes and it was time to replace them. After getting numerous quotes, Accurate Leak and Line was the most competitive and was the only one to come with a warranty.

After Clayton came out for the initial assessment, it was pretty seamless from end to end. Once we accepted the proposal, the job was scheduled to start within two weeks. As communicated the job took 15 working days to complete.

I would use them again, but I hope my brand new PVC pipes outlive me. Now I have piece of mind when using the bathroom or showering. Thanks!
