I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line if you need to replace the cast iron sewer lines under your house. These folks did what they said they were going to do, and the plumbers were very communicative and upfront. They replaced lines coming from our kitchen and bathroom and added a tie in under the washer too. This work will cost you a bundle but I found their rates to be within 5K of other bids we received - they weren't the highest or the lowest either. I'll add that the final charge was what they bid.

Outstanding service! AL&L arrived at my home on extremley short notice to clear & diagnose our ancient (1956) sewer line. Clayton was punctual, professional & made us feel better about the state of this old house! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The cast iron drain pipes under my slab were failing and needed to be replaced. It was such a massive project that I started with 3 estimates but getting 7 (!!!) estimates after hearing suggestions from friends who had recently had the same work done. Accurate Leak and Line was recommended by two friends and had the lowest price by far without escalator clauses or disclaimers about potential upcharges. Clayton's estimate was the final price. Everything about the process including the negatives was explained in advance. All of my questions were answered timely and professionally. Two days of tunneling under the slab, two days of installing PVC pipes, a couple days waiting for the city plumbing inspector, and one more day to backfill the tunnels. The tunnelers put everything back together and were very conscientious in their clean up. Great communication and attitude from everyone on their entire staff. Accurate Leak and Line are total pros at replacing cast iron pipes.

Accurate Leak and Line was top notch to do business with. I am so happy that we did not continue with a local plumber that wanted to continue to fix issues with under the slab plumbing by chiseling holes through the foundation inside of our house. Clayton was awesome in doing the assessment of our repairs needed and easy to get a hold of if needed. Jacklyn in the office was always a pleasure to communicate with. The tunneling crew & Team Bravo were incredibly efficient in getting the required repairs done and seeing Billy Joe feed one of our donkeys a carrot from his mouth was a bonus! Also, Patrick came by a few times during project and was great to work with as well. Wish I would have gotten a hydrostatic test from these guys when we were in the option period of buying our house, but I learned a lesson for the future. I will happily recommend Accurate Leak & Line to anyone with plumbing repair needs.

Great experience all around with Accurate Leak and Line! Professional at every step from the initial sales consultation, scheduling the project and the team who fixed our plumbing issue ahead of the expected timeline. Hopefully we don't have a major plumbing project for some time, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

Would highly recommend! We compared 3 companies and Accurate came in with the best price and best service (lots of neighbors recommended them too). And Accurate went above and beyond to actually verify that we needed what we suspected that we needed. Excavation was 2 days, replacing cast iron pipes took 2 days (we had a working bathroom & kitchen by end of day 1), and back-fill took 1 day after we passed inspection. Crews were respectful and communicated well. Obviously we hope we only ever need to do this once but I'm glad to refer neighbors to them.

Had the old cast iron pipes in my house replaced, and I am very pleased with the service! Accurate Leak and Line did a great job from start to finish- they gave an honest recommendation/estimate, had good customer service, and finished the job efficiently without a hitch. I can’t even begin to tell you how fabulous Accurate Leak of Austin was. They came out in one day, while the other leak company’s would have taken over a week to get to us. On time, on bid, and even went above and beyond to fine our leak. Billy Joe was amazing in how he detected the leak. And I must add in record breaking time. These guys are legit and the real deal! Clayton came out to do an initial assessment and found the leak that two other plumbers could not find. Then he explained and prepared a fair proposal for the work that was needed. Jacklyn scheduled the work within 2 weeks of the assessment. When the guys came out, they were very courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Pat led the crew of Billy Joe and Carlos to do a water line reroute. Let me tell you, these guys got to work and carefully analyzed the issue and made sure they isolated the problem. Billy Joe was a great teacher and mentor to Carlos who quickly picked up and ran with the work. They both made sure the entire work area was kept clean by creating an "isolation chamber" and keeping the dust from getting all over the place. At the end of the work, they cleaned up and left everything as it was before the work started. I appreciate the crew taking the time to find the specific problem so as to minimize the work needed. Although I needed a complete reroute of my hot water line through various rooms in my house, they made sure to minimize the number of cuts needed in the drywall. This is the second time I use Accurate Leak and Line to make major repairs in my home and would trust them again in the future. Great work guys, much appreciated!

I’ve had positive experiences working with Josh in the past, but unfortunately, my recent interactions with the front office have been disappointing. They seemed unhelpful and unprofessional. It feels like the company has shifted its approach, now operating more like larger plumbing businesses that prioritize trip charges and upselling, rather than delivering genuine service.

They did the job at the most reasonable price compared to all the other companies I got a quote from and there were no surprise costs. Amazing! Two other bids said we needed to replace our entire cast iron - camera from same location - and Accurate Leak and Line said only a small section. Saved us 25k! Get a quote from Accurate! I was quoted a price of over 30K to replace all the sewer lines under my house by a national company. I called Accurate Leak and Line for a second opinion. They scoped the line from the roof vent and the clean out valve and determined the root incursion was not from breaks in the line as the other company claimed but from the toilet flange. The repair was a fraction of the other company’s quote and actually fixed the true problem. They were professional, friendly, and they replaced the original poorly installed toilet flange with a minimum of foundation removed. I didn’t even have to replace tile. They vacuumed the dust while they worked so there was nothing to clean when they were done. Also, the technician who diagnosed the problem was there on site the whole time to supervise the job. I am so glad I called them instead of taking the word of the national company. I would recommend them to anyone needing sewer repair.

Very professional staff, competent technicians and great plumbers who did a great job. The office staff was very responsive and answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner.
We had minimal disruption of water services while they were working and could continue at home without difficulty. When the kitchen faucet stopped working because of unforeseen circumstances due to the drilling and excavation, they bought and installed a new one at their expense and had a great plumber do the job. I doubt very much if another plumbing company would have done the same thing.
I would recommend them to everyone. They're the best.

If you’re having sewer/water line work done on your house make sure to get a quote from Accurate. Friendly team, competitive price, and great work. After the job was done, they came back a few days later to do a final walk through and made sure everything was still ok. Ask for Billy.
