They provided us with the best bid along with a straight forward contract. Their excavation team was super efficient and left the job site spotless. Their plumbing team was fantastic and kept us updated. I couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend them!

Accurate Leak and Line and particularly Patrick was exceptional to work with. We had a camera inspection done by another company that recommended quite an expensive and extensive fix, but Patrick recommended an isolation test to make sure we were getting to the root cause of the issue.

Sure enough, the fix while still expensive wasn't quite as extensive as originally thought which was great. Really appreciate Patrick's candor and expertise. All the crew that wre onsite for the various stages were great too.

There was a minor persistent complication that arose as well, but Patrick never gave a bad attitude about it and made sure it was fully addressed.

My expectation was that Accurate Leak and Line would perform all required services as a one-stop shop i.e., tunneling and plumbing. In addition to tunneling and pipe repair, my drainage system also required hydro-jetting, and Accurate Leak and Line doesn't perform hydro-jetting, so I had to schedule another plumber separately. Regarding service performance, all plumbers and tunnellers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A recommendation is that Accurate Leak and Line provide their plumbers with tarps to cover and protect flooring when working inside. I had tarps for their use, but Accurate Leak and Line should provide those to protect customer flooring.

Accurate Leak and Line did a fantastic job in replacing the cast iron sewer lines under our house (which required tunneling, then replacing the dirt under the house) and replacing the rest of the sewer line all the way to the street sewer (which required trenching and city permits). They were extremely professional in every way. The job started on time (scheduled only 2 weeks out) and finished early (about 13 instead of 15 business days as estimated). We had the use of our water and drains almost the entire time, with it only being down for a few hours twice, and never overnight. They really worked hard to put all of the landscaping back the way it was. They worked around the tree roots. Plumbers Sean, Hayden, and Gabe were terrific and very personable. They came in at about half price from our highest bid, and they were worth every penny. I am recommending them to all of our neighbors, who probably need the same thing done at their houses.

I had my foundation lifted and it did not pass the leak detection required for a warranty. I contacted 3 companies for isolation testing and repair quotes. Accurate Leak & Line was the 3rd company and I decided to use them - I had a very positive first encounter and "it just felt right". AL&L specializes in under foundation plumbing repairs which I felt was a huge advantage compared to other companies.
From start to finish I was always kept in the loop on next steps, what was involved and what to expect. This company was absolutely wonderful to work with! I watched a lot of what they were doing and asked lots of questions - never once did anyone hesitate to explain!
My repairs involved excavating under the house, repair of 2 leaks, post-hydrostatic pressure testing (that failed - a 3rd leak was found and repaired), City of Round Rock inspection and finally backfill under the house.

We required a replacement for our water heater, a rather standard task involving an equivalent size appliance that functions on gas, with no need for code updates or modifications. Several other businesses were demanding almost $100 just to provide us an estimate, which we found unreasonable. Given that it was merely a regular water heater replacement, Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC was accommodating and allowed us to send pictures along with details regarding the current and new heater we intended to install. They furnished us with an estimate, arrived promptly, executed the job proficiently, and charged exactly as per the quoted price. Their plumber also shared valuable tips on the heater's maintenance and prolonging its lifespan. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable. Upon testing, the new heater's hot water was a significant improvement over the old one. I truly value their straightforward approach and their willingness to work with us. I would endorse their services without a doubt.

There were no isolation valves nearby, which a prior plumber should have installed, so it was going to be a tricky task. I gave a call to the plumbing company and had a nice chat about my issue. I scheduled a time for the plumber to come over and give an estimate. He came, inspected my system and explained to me that since there were no isolation valves anywhere, the entire system would need to be drained and the cost to replace the single valve would be high. He suggested we wait until more things failed or until we decided to take on a bigger project. We later discussed a future project about replacing the zone valves, adding circulators and headers. We even talked about approximate costs, so I had an idea of what I was getting into. A month or so later, the valve started leaking more severely, so I called to schedule a visit from the plumber. It was getting chilly and I wanted this taken care of during the day to avoid staying in a hotel or purchasing several heaters. The plumber came over to discuss the project again, ensuring we were on the same page and that he'd have everything needed for the project. The lady who managed the scheduling was very professional and helpful. She even called me back when I didn't leave a voicemail after my call went unanswered. This impressed me and reassured me that I was dealing with a good company. They coordinated with the electrician they needed and rescheduled the work to ensure everyone could be present on the same day. The day came, the plumber and his team showed up, their professionalism was evident from the get-go. They worked continuously until they finished and thoroughly tested the system. The quality of their work was impeccable. I pay attention to details and found nothing out of place. Every anchor was tight, no rattling or leaks, and the finished work was visually appealing, especially if you appreciate good copper piping work. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. The service wasn't cheap, but I wasn't looking for a bargain when it comes to my heating system. I wanted quality work and peace of mind, which is exactly what I got. Top-notch quality, peace of mind and a reliable plumber. There wasn't an accessible cleanout for them to check the pipes with a camera, so they had to dig. They brought out a mini excavator within a few hours and had a trench dug by the afternoon. After that, they showed me a video of the issue and explained that a pipe had collapsed, and there were some other problems further up the line that should be repaired. I wanted to keep things within my budget, so they explained the options—either fix everything now for a higher price, or stick with the original estimate and just do maintenance like rodding out the pipes every year. As someone who works in construction, I know it’s normal to find extra issues once you start digging, and the plumber was very upfront about everything. I’m really happy with the work and the honesty. I highly recommend this company.
