Great experience with Accurate Leak and Line. They were able to fix our slab leak by narrowing down the plumbing lines causing the leak, and addressing only those lines.
As a result, the service was done quickly, at a much lower cost than another plumber had quoted and we didn't have any walls to repair.

Accurate leak and line gave me the best price and was super professional and fast in replacing all of my cast iron plumbing. My only regret was not having them do it sooner! Highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their old cast iron pipes.

Overall, we had a really positive experience with Accurate Leak and Line. Anyone we interacted with from the company was professional and helpful. They did great work. I would recommend that if you're having tunneling down under the house, you ask their team to pile the dirt somewhere other than on top of your grass. I assumed the dirt would only be on my lawn for a few days. It ended up being two weeks. When it was finally removed, the grass was half-dead and unlikely to recover. It's frustrating to pay thousands of dollars for a repair and lose a chunk of your lawn in the process.

We had an incredible experience with Accurate Line and Leak of Austin, TX. Patrick Groom initially visited us for a separate issue and casually suggested we remember the company for future plumbing needs. When it came time to replace 50-year-old cast iron sewer lines beneath our church, we included them in our bidding process.
Not only was their pricing significantly better than the competition, but their work was exceptional. From June 16–20, their crew excavated over 75 feet and installed new PVC lines flawlessly. A huge shoutout to Gabriel Escobar, Antonio Cruz, Carlos, and Justin—these young men were respectful, skilled, communicative, and truly dedicated to doing the job right.
They performed better than many veteran crews we’ve dealt with. We’ll absolutely recommend Accurate Line and Leak to anyone needing trustworthy and specialized plumbing services.

I like the previous review about accurate leak and line being anything but… because that was my experience exactly. More like Inaccurate Leave and Lie. I paid $300 for a TV inspection during the option period of a property I’m purchasing. They claimed the only available appointment was the last day of the option period so I agreed when they said they could provide the report that day as well. They promised to send the report immediately after the inspection, but failed to do so. I had to repeatedly call just to get what I paid for, and ultimately had to pay out of pocket to extend my option period due to their delay. Completely unprofessional, uncommunicative, and inconsiderate of the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions. Not to mention the inspection report was not even very descriptive, no videos or photos were provided. The least they could do is reimburse my option period fees, but if this is the way they choose to do business, that’s that. I feel ripped off, disrespected and would not recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

After 57 years our cast iron sewer pipes were failing us, so we educated ourselves about the process of replacing pipes and called 4 reputable companies for estimates. Clayton came out originally from Accurate Leak & Line and gave us great advice, and after meeting with the other companies and getting mixed feedback, we called Accurate Leak & Line back again. Patrick’s extensive camera work on the 2nd visit was invaluable and gave us a clear picture of the condition of our pipes, showing lots of rust, bellies, and some cracks, and confirming that the pipes needed to be replaced, and were not candidates for any kind of lining or coating.

Pipe replacement isn’t cheap but Accurate Leak & Line made it bearable, and Jacklyn in the office was super helpful all along the way and gave us an outline of what to expect and when during every step of the process. The trench diggers who came out first were amazing! Wilmer was so helpful, and the tunnels were so professional, I even crawled in one to see what it was like down there. 😊 High fives to Bravo Team, Shawn and Hayden, and Billy who knows his stuff. Joaquin did a great job on the new pipes for the washing machine. The backfill team was so impressive, when it was finished you could hardly tell we had work done.

I was trying to find a continuous water leak that I had been notified about the city of Austin. The tech arrived and with in 15 minutes had narrowed it to my irrigation system rather than a house/foundation leak. Professional, smart, and quick.

We unfortunately had our third leak in the slab at our house this month, and we had Accurate Leak and Line come diagnose and repair for us. They gave us the option of repairing this single location or running new plumbing throughout the house as this was our third time with a leak of this type. We opted to run entirely new plumbing throughout the house rather than continuing to chase slab leaks over the next few years.

A plumbing team was sent to our house and was able to make a plan to run new lines through the walls and attic. This turned out to be a bit more of a challenge than expected due to the older layout of our 80s home. Team Bravo did the majority of the plumbing work, and were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves daily. By necessity we have many holes in our dry wall but they preserved the drywall cut outs, made them neatly, and did their best to make a minimal amount of drywall repair for us to deal with. The work done on the exterior of our limestone masonry was done neatly as well.

Team Bravo made sure we were happy with the way the lines were run, and kept us updated when the timeline for the re-plumb had to be extended. I do feel more resources (team members) could have been sent at the beginning of the project; but it seems that the expectation was that the job would not be as difficult as it was. I would recommend Accurate Leak and Line and especially Team Bravo if you have a major plumbing re-work like we needed.

We called Accurate Leak and Line out for a failing cast iron pipe. Sean and Hayden did a great job. They needed to replace the entire bathroom plumbing under house via tunneling. Their price was reasonable compared to other estimates. Eventually it was clear they also had to open a concrete wall to replace a riser pipe and it was more work than initially expected on the job, but they did it and did a great job with good communication.

Well what can I say no one want to have these guys to do work for them because they are the guys you call when your pipes under you slab are messed up but if you do need them they are top notch in their field!! Quick back story after 2 visits from R otorooter and 800 dollars they said your clothes washer is dumping too much water…. So my mother stopped using her washer 4 years ago …. Now I’m in charge of this condo from hell and found water coming from under the slab…. It wound up the clean out cover was not put back by someone…..long story short 18 ft tunnel , pipe repair later all is in order thank you all!!!! I hope to never see you again!!! LoL

Had these folks replace all the drain pipes under our house in 2023. Had a break in the system - came out yesterday, determined it was within their 10 year!!!! warranty, emergency repair done 24 hours later. I've just showered and flushed my toilets in celebration. I will recommend them over and over to anyone in the Austin Metro area when they also have to have major plumbing work done (and they will, it's just a matter of when).

The crew was clean, timely, and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the process. Beyond the technical work, they were enjoyable to work with — professional yet personable — and even went the extra mile by tracking down a DIY parts list with instructions and texting it to me after the job — a small gesture that showed they truly care beyond just finishing the work. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and highly recommend them.

Pat at Accurate Leak and Line was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked through the inspection in just the right progression, from irrigation to under the house to the city meter, where he ultimately found the leak. I only wish I’d called Leak and Line sooner! The service was easy to schedule. The workmen did a great job. They were courteous, on time and cleaned up after the job was done. I only wish they had sent pictures of the completed work prior to covering up the repaired system.

After contacting 3 other plumbers besides Accurate Leak & Line, I will assure you that this company was the most reasonably priced by thousands of dollars, they were pleasant, they were professional, and they were fast and thorough. I did not feel like they were trying to swindle us or be dishonest. From the moment we had them come out to our home to inspect the job on a Monday, to the time they left with the job completed on Wednesday afternoon- they were everything you would want in a good plumber.

They got (what I would consider) a massive job completed in less than a day. I would 100% call them in the future for any plumbing issues I have. I would give them 10/10 stars no doubt. I am a very happy customer.

Accurate excavated & replaced our cast-iron sewer line with PVC after tree root incursion. This was a major, unplanned repair for us, and I'm glad we found Accurate.

The quote we got from another company was over twice as expensive as the quote from Accurate, and included added fees per foot if they hit rock during the excavation. Clayton from Accurate came out to do a free inspection for us. He quoted us about 40% of the other company with no added fees if rock was hit (he told us we were almost certainly on rock based on where we are in town). We felt much more comfortable that we were getting information we could trust and a reasonable quote from Accurate than the other guys.

The repair process was seamless, and Accurate was communicative throughout. They showed up when they said they would, and our project was completed within two weeks.

I would recommend this company any day over any other plumbing and tunneling company. Prior to going with them I had reached out to several plumbing companies. All of them were not only more expensive, they were not fully transparent. Accurate leak looked at their diagnostics quoted me based on what they thought was correct price and proceeded. They did good work. they did dig a 40 feet tunnel under my home, their estimates were reasonable. Infarct we discovered some issues under a branch line which was not in original scope of work during pressure test. Pat, their plumber who is very good came out did his diagnosis gave me a price and did all the work to fix the branch line. I would recommend them any day over any other company out there.
