Austin and Thomas were excellent. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the layout of my field, checked everything and told me what to do to keep things working properly. I highly recommend these guys.

Septic issues involving a breaker problem and Julio came out on Christmas Eve and fixed everything including installing a new 30 amp breaker cause he is good at electrical wiring as well! He let me follow him around so I could watch and learn about my system. Very courteous and professional and he saved us right before guests come to town!

Our septic went down with the ice storm and we assumed frozen sprinkles. We contacted our normal company when it thawed and it still wasn't working. I got no response for 3 days then finally a grumpy tech answered and made every excuse not to come out. At 5 pm we contacted Rob who was more than happy to drive AN HOUR in the dark and ice to help us. HIGHLY recommend this company and Rob.

Have always had great service from VSE. Julio was punctual, friendly and thorough. He explained everything to me so that I could understand it. I felt he did exactly what I needed and made helpful suggestions for future maintenance.

VSE is always reliable, especially when we need immediate service. Curtis came out yesterday and was a consummate professional, plus he is a super nice, friendly guy. Pricing is fair and competitive. We have used other septic companies in the past, but once we had VSE out, we became loyal customers.

We've been calling Vega for years on the rare occasion we have a septic issue, and they are always fantastic. Honest, thorough, considerate and happy to explain the issues. They always offer to repair things rather than replacing them if possible, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Recently we had to have our field jetted for the first time (a decade of roots growing in the lines) and Julio and team went above and beyond to clear the pipes, and explained how to avoid it in future. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with VSE worker ((Austin), he arrived on time , completed the pump out with no problems and cleaned up area after the job. He was friendly, professional & Knowledgeable also made some helpful recommendations.

We chose this company based on reviews and wanted to share our experience too. Over the weekend, our plumbing system’s circuit breaker kept tripping and we couldn’t figure out what was going on, so we called VSE.

Even though it turned out not to be a major issue, VSE was great. Tommy and Austin were thorough, cleaned and inspected the system, and took the time to explain how everything works. They confirmed the pump and float were working properly and within the correct amperage range. They also found evidence of wipes (lesson learned) and explained how that can make the pump work overtime.

Had an awesome experience with Julio and his company. For starters, I had gotten several quotes and his quote was on the lower end of the average. I was really impressed with the amount of work required by this project. After seeing the whole process, I feel like I got a great deal. Julio had all the right machinery for the job, and a solid team of hardworking guys. All the inspections went smoothly. Once the job was started, they kept at it until finished. They never abandoned the worksite to go do other jobs. I would highly recommend Julio and his company, VSE!

PlumbPros definitely are the pros! We have had issues with our downstairs toilet for months and haven't been able to find a plumber in the area that can figure out the issue. Joshua came out, ran a camera and found the issue! Within a few hours we were fixed and ready to flush!
