Was regrettable to experience a slab leak, had been leaking for a while before I realized something was wrong.They arrived within a day and used sound equipment to locate the leak. I was glad to learn that using sound equipment would save me additional damage to my property because other plumbers I had contacted had told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and potentially through sections of my inner walls to locate the leak! When the leak was detected, it was roughly three to four feet in from an exterior wall. In order to avoid going through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are fixed, I requested if they could tunnel beneath the home to fix it. They indicated that was feasible and called the men who do their excavation. It was going to take an additional five days for them to arrive and begin digging with the machinery needed for a hole this size. It would have been tough for my spouse and I to live without running water in the house for five more days. So, that very moment, Julian and Robert decided to take up the task themselves! We had running water by that evening after the leak had been fixed and the hole had been filled. They were really careful to leave our yard in nice condition as well! Not even able to discern that a hole had been dug! This plumbing business is run by a family.
