I was very impressed by the professional level of the staff. My remodeling was quite lengthy (11days) and Frank put in two 12 hour days to speed it along. Randy was very detailed to ensure the floor tile was exact.
The office staff was always prompt and professional to answer all of my questions and concerns.
I am very thankful to have them complete the project so successfully.

Everyone from the Indigo did an excellent job with my shower stall remodel. The project manager was Pete who did the initial assessment and did regular on-site follow ups during the process. Extraordinarily professional.

The demo team did a great job. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust and completely cleaned up the job site when finished. It's almost as if they hadn't been there.....except for a gutted bathroom.

Of particular note were Randy and Jose who were the tile professionals. Their work was impeccable, particularly considering the unusual design angles they were challenged with. Randy was able to come up with creative solutions to these challenges that contributed very well to final appearance of the shower. They worked 10+ hour days in 100 degree temps. If you are fortunate enough to get Randy and Jose assigned to your project you will be in great hands.

Absolutely fantastic service. Both men who performed the job of replacing our kitchen sink were polite, professional and fully explained the procedure, time needed and cost. We have found our plumbing service for the future and highly recommend them.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed and am happy with how they turned out. My installer arrived slightly early (which is a plus), wore covers on his shoes in the house, and spoke with me about any questions or issues that arrived. He was professional and took his time to do a good job instead of a quick job. I will be looking into this business again for future projects.

I called Indigo after receiving a bid from another company. The bid was less than 1/2 of the bid from the other company and Indigo came 5 days faster. When there is no hot water in your home it seems like an emergency. Indigo treated my situation like an emergency. After scheduling the repair they came on time, worked with my HOA for a temporary water shut off and installed the water heater. I had hot water within 3 days of calling. I would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs. They are the best.

Danny and his team at Indigo did a great job and were very professional. My job consisted of changing out two toilets, a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet as well as the plumbing underneath each. All of the current items were extremely old and outdated and much of the pipes were locked with the knobs so it wasn’t easy. They came in and did a great job in a days time and everything works great! Very happy with the results and would recommend Indigo

Very impressed with this company. Workers were very timely. The first day of work it started to rain and project was outdoors. They immediately recommended that we call the office to reschedule. The office staff was very helpful and courteous and made every attempt to accommodate our schedule. When they returned to finish the job, again, the workers were right on time and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Ty, JR and Fernando were very courteous, made sure the work site was clean and returned borrowed garden hoses to their original locations. Would highly recommend this company for small handyman needs. Very reasonable and dependable.

Update: I hired Indigo again and highly recommend Alex and Juan for electrical work. We recently moved to a new house that needed a lot of work including replacing a sub-panel, ground rod, and several outlets, as well as installing several new light fixtures, gfci, and smoke/co2 detectors! They were fantastic to work with, and now we feel much safer in our new home.

I hired Indigo to replace two vanity light fixtures and repair the drywall where the old fixtures had been. They responded quickly to my inquiry and gave me a quote over the phone. Juan arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. He made sure the new fixtures were centered over the faucets and at the same height (unlike the previous wonky fixtures). I really appreciate that attention to detail, and I will be hiring them again for future projects!

Brandon and Chris with Indigo Facility Partners did an exceptional job repairing termite damage in my garage. The work required supporting the structure while they repaired/replaced several studs in the wall between the garage doors. It was not an easy job that required knowledgeable craftsmen. They did an excellent job.

This is the second time I used Indigo. The first was for a bathroom remodel. I was very pleased with the first job and equally pleased with this one. I highly recommend Indigo and will not hesitate using them again if needed.

My husband and I needed a room redone in our home. Indigo came referred to us by a neighbor. We got a couple quotes and went with Indigo. The estimate was similar to others, but we liked how responsive Madison was and they were able to do the job in our time frame.

Phillip is meticulous and did a great job. He was very communicative about his his schedule, process, and offered great suggestions.

We were very pleased and will definitely use them for future projects.

Preston did a great job with the install. A few issues communication issues changed the original quote and arrival time. Nonetheless, the work was great.

I can always rely on Indigo to do an amazing job with making sure my home is fixed and up and running! Maddie is amazing with communicating with and coordinating visits and goes above and beyond to help me when I come across any home issues. Their team is incredibly friendly and such southern gentlemen! They always greet me with a smile and call me “maam” and arrive timely for the servicing appointments. Their work is impeccable and completed in a timely manner. Their prices are also very fair and they make sure the job is done well and correctly! I can’t recommend Indigo enough!

Very Professional & Efficient! They scheduled me within 24 hours to replace a ceiling fan. Alex cam and took care of it within an hour. I will certainly use their services again!

Indigo just finished a bathroom addition for us and we could not be happier! It came out beautifully and was completed quickly and on time. Phillip led the project, and we trusted him completely and even left town and left our home in their hands while we traveled. We had one thing that was not done to our liking and Maddie and Philip quickly rectified the situation, and it was fixed at their expense and time. I highly recommend Indigo for any work you need done to your home! It was a pleasure working with them.

October 30, 2025—Master Plumbing & Elec —- came out took look at jobs gathered info to submit to office for estimate. The 2 Masters get 10+ friendly, thorough, discussed options great professionals!

Office staff is incompetent and probably looses $$$$ due to lack of follow up with estimates and getting back to customers….
Nov 6, After nothing for a wk, I reached out and called myself. Spoke with young lady who said she’d get right on it and I should have by next day, NOTHING!
Nov 13–called office Lexi provides Maddie’s name and #. This is comical (not), I immediately call Maddie and phone goes to voicemail, I begin leaving message regarding POOR Office management, no follow up, no estimate LOW and BEHOLD, Maddie picks up phone, I proceeded to inform how disappointed I am in the office after awesome experience with techs and that I would placing a review.

I had an urgent issue with my sewage lines being blocked by tree roots that was causing brown water to come up from the drains. They were able to get someone at my house within an hour and unclog my drain enough to use until repairs could be made. They are a local family business and the staff was kind and professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would definitely reccomend them!

Alex and Juan did an amazing job with our lighting installation! Scheduling was incredibly easy, arrival was right on schedule, and the work was done promptly. We will definitely use Indigo again in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience with Indigo Home and Facility Services. I picked them out from Angies, booking was very efficient and the quote was provided promptly. I arranged for a time and they came out and removed my broken toilet, replaced with a new toilet and they cleaned up well. Beto and Manuel were very professional and friendly. They did their job while I worked from home, no noise etc. I will use them again for plumbing and they will also come out and paint my condo.
