i was really pleased with the first assessment of my plumbing issue. julian came over and explained everything about what needed to be fixed in a way that was easy for me to understand. he was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable about the project. then, when it was time for the actual plumbing work, thomas and his helper did an outstanding job. i probably asked more questions than most homeowners, but thomas was always patient and made sure i understood what was going on. he never seemed bothered, and actually seemed happy to chat with me while working. the work itself looks perfect. these guys worked really hard, especially considering how hot it can get down here in texas. thomas had to crawl under my house, moving around dirt and rocks and even dealing with spiders, just to reroute the sewer pipe from one spot to another. even with all that, he always came out smiling and happy to answer my questions. i really can’t say enough good things about the service and the quality of their plumbing work. everything was done quickly and the big project was finished in just a few days. i would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

Had an issue with my hot water tank and thought I might need a whole new one. The plumbing company sent out Brantley, who listened carefully to the problems we’d been having with the hot water. He checked out the system, tested every electrical part on our two-element, two-thermostat water heater, and found the top thermostat was faulty. He swapped it out right away. Since the new thermostat had a different dial for temperature than the bottom one, Brantley asked if I wanted to match them for consistency and gave me a fair price for the extra work. Both thermostats were replaced and now the hot water tank works perfectly! I really appreciate that they fixed it instead of pushing for a full replacement, which saved us quite a bit of money. Later on, we needed to replace the hot water tank because of an insurance inspection, even though it was still running well from the previous repair. Brantley talked through our options, explaining the difference between tank and tankless water heaters, and made sure everything would be up to code. They got the new tank installed the very next day without any hassle. While they were here, we also had them replace a toilet and put in a new kitchen faucet. The work area was left spotless and everything works just right! Really glad to have found a trustworthy plumber who does quality work here in Texas.
