Extremely efficient and polite crew installed two Stealth Niagara toilets without a hitch and for a reasonable rate, no surprises. Removed all packing materials and old toilets. Very happy customer.

I had several items that were bid including a concrete back porch. They did fine with some of the small items. Failed miserably on the porch. It was a poor job with no final solution by them. Follow up and through lacked. I was unwilling to call them back because they did a terrible job. I anticipate trouble, demolition and replacement. Very frustrated and disappointed.

The folks at Indigo are awesome to work with. They are professional and do great work. Highly recommend them for anything you need to keep your property in tip top shape!

Great customer service. Submitted a request got a call quickly. Friendly, knew exactly what was needed. Set appointment. The two technicians reviewed the garage storage shelves and went straight to work. We went over the repair to my satisfaction. I even asked them to bid on another project. Really good service

This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good!
The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card.
The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any "missunderstanding"

I’ve used Indigo from new construction projects, to remodels to plumbing services for my personal home and they do a great job every time. There’s something to be said about contractors that do what they say they’re going to do and stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

Beto and Tyler did a great job for an unbeatable price. A different plumber quoted me for an access panel installation, caulk strip / re-caulk and shower valve/faucet/showerhead replacement for 1400. These guys got it done in 3 hours for 450. Unbelievable quality and value. Highly recommend.

Danny, Jody & the entire Indigo Team helped us to remodel our rental house in downtown Buda. It was an extremely difficult job with an old foundation (on a very limited budget) but they stuck it out and were there everyday working hard. They fixed and leveled the floors, rebuilt the porches, rebuilt the roof line, switched out appliances and cleaned up when they were done. We are extremely thankful for them! Dependable. Honest. We had a freak accident where our bathtub wouldn’t shut off so we had to turn off the water to the entire house, mind you, it’s summer and we have sweaty kids who need baths! Our builder/friend Danny Spears owns CapTex construction. He also owns Indigo Services - they are amazing and employ contractors and skilled tradesman of all types. Danny has become my friend over the last few years, if you need help with your home after the recent freeze I highly recommend that you call Indigo. Their trucks are already all over our neighborhood, and he personally is at our home with my husband trying to safely clear all of our pipes with minimal damage.

I was looking for a new plumbing service for my home and rental properties. I used Indigo three times and was impressed with each service call. Their prices were very competitive, as well.

Since moving to the Austin area 4 years ago, we have called on Indigo for a number of home improvement projects. We appreciate their reliability and work ethic. It's great to call a company back and the same awesome team shows up.

I was in a pinch, and Madison got me taken care of even while she was on vacation. She was able to get me on the schedule in just two days, and even gave me pricing up front...which if you've called a plumber before you'd know that is almost unheard of without them having to come out to do an "evaluation" first. Hope to not need a plumber again, but will definitely call these guys back if I do!

Long Post, Sorry!! As a single woman, it's hard sometimes to trust that a person or company won't take advantage of you. I called a couple of companies to get estimate on a bathroom remodel. The prices I got were obnoxious to say the least. Enter Indigo Facility Services. I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and give me the same estimate on my bathroom redo. Not only were they A LOT more reasonable, but I actually felt a little calmer with John who came out. After doing my own research and liking what I heard and saw, I went with them. We had a little delay because of Covid and materials being backed dated but no fault to them. My only concern was I only had a small amount of time to get it all done because I was using my vacation time to be there. They got almost all of it done in the time frame I needed because they worked a little over time to get it done. I got this done in October, and waited to post something because I was literally waiting on something bad to happen. It NEVER DID. They were professional all the way thru and great guys from beginning to end. I could say something about something the painter did, but I wouldn't blame the whole company for that. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need for your home. I'll be using them again for something soon! Great Job to the guys on site and also the ladies in the office that kept me in the loop on everything. I really appreciate you !!!!

Indigo came in to save our project after a bad contractor experience. They were professional in all respects, gave accurate estimates and did excellent work.

We’ve known Danny for about 5 years now when his construction company, CapTex, built our mother in law suite. He has since become just like part of our family. So much so, that even our children call him Uncle Danny! He is a great friend and great person, always looking out for us when we need projects done. His guys at Indigo are just as friendly and reliable. They are always courteous and polite when working at our home. And always show up when they say they will and work fast and diligently. They worked so hard getting our hot water heaters back up and running after the winter storm and we are very grateful for that. We highly recommended these guys for any of your future plumbing needs!

These guys did great work on my huge remodel, very dependable, always available for follow up when needed. I needed emergency electrical work the day before July 4 and Jose and his partner made it out and took good care of me. Highly recommended.

I first used this company to install a tankless water heater and extremely pleased with professionalism and quality of work performed from the guys that came out.
I just recently had a water leak somewhere in the walls.
Beto again came out and worked hard to find the leak. Nope not that easy. So with his knowledge of the way the original builder/plumber should have installed the plumbing he went to work opening up the wall. He found the leak, repaired it by installing new water lines to the manifold and was a treat to have in our house. Very professional and such a nice man.
I would not call another plumbing company to work at my home even for half of what they charge (which I will add is a lot less than others).
