I was charged a $99 trip fee for a technician to inspect my hot water heater, only to be told on arrival that it was too old to service. This is something that could have easily been determined beforehand with a simple question about the unit’s age — and would have avoided the unnecessary visit entirely. While they applied the $99 as a credit toward future services, I won’t be using them again. I prefer working with companies that prioritize the customer experience and make an effort to save their clients time and money.

On time, efficient and dealing with the office was fantastic! Needed a toilet installed and our HVAC serviced. Both were done with the same appointment. Everyone was so nice!

We used Cold Is On The Right for a pretty routine non emergency plumbing issue. They were still able to send someone right out. Billy arrived less than two hours after my initial call. He offered several different repair options and completed the work quickly and correctly. Some of the best service we’ve ever received from a provider! Graysen and Andrew from Cold is on the Right came out just a couple hours after I called and took care of cutting out my kitchen faucet. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, explaining everything in a straightforward way without any upselling or confusion. It was refreshing to get honest answers and excellent service so quickly. I’ll definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

They were able to come out 2 hours after I called them and fixed my tankless water heater. My technician Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Great to have hot water again!

I can’t recommend them enough! They were so easy to work with. Extremely fast and got someone onsite the day of. They communicated proactively in scheduling everything and had a nice online quote tool.

Jack was amazing — professional, thorough, and worked past 1 a.m. to fix our main line leak. Great attitude, and he cleaned up perfectly, even in the dark! Our only concern was the cost. It felt expensive, and the price increased significantly (as in DOUBLED) when the dig point shifted farther. We didn’t understand why that caused such a large jump, especially since it didn’t seem to require extra depth or complexity — just a different digging location.

I hired Cold is on the Right after the enthusiastic review of a neighbor. On both occasions they had to unscrew messes left by other, less able contractors, one a bad general contractor.

Suffice I had emotional scars.

Each time they were able to solve complex problems in my best interests efficiently. One time they had to come back after I sourced a part, for which there was ONE CHARGE. They aren’t the least expensive alternative, though reasonable, and they don’t scheme once here about how much they could charge.

This is invaluable to a well off single woman who is not dumb and sees it coming every time.

The General contractor had proposed changing a shower valve different from other plumbing because scarce (he approved the part). He said he’d have to tear out the tile again and rebuild for which there was a charge… so out he went. Again because he first installed the shower head at 6’ so already took out the tile once!

In comes Cold to the rescue. No, they said: if we go through the closet behind the valve, all you have to do is put the drywall back up, an easy fix.

Five stars is too few. Each time they send two guys out, one holding the highest certification.

Cold is on the Right is the best! Used them on multiple repairs over past 2 years. Usually find a way to do repairs more efficiently than others avoiding extra cost. If need someone can get into tight places they can accomodate. Just tell them. Very happy with their work.

We had a leaky toilet that required a new shutoff valve. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and possessed a friendly personality.

We used to be a loyal customer of "Cold is on the Right" beginning when we bought our house 8 years ago. But something has changed. Their prices are even more exorbitantly expensive. The staff has changed, and there is an AI bot answering their phones. We had them do many jobs for us, including replacing all three of our toilets within the first year of buying our home. But recently when the wax seal on one of the toilets they installed had a wax seal leak, they said our toilet was missing a metal flange and it would be 800 to fix. They have been the only company to install our toilets, so they are the reason the metal flange is missing. We will not be using Cold is on the Right in the future. I think this business has either grown too big or has been bought out by someone else.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Cold Is On The Right. Jack came out quickly after I noticed I had a leak, diagnosed the issue right away, and had the repair done the same day. He was professional, respectful of my property, and cleaned up everything before he left. The repair looks great and has held up perfectly since. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend Cold Is On The Right for any plumbing/AC repairs or maintenance!

Prompt service call reservation for the day after I called. Service was there at the earliest of the two hour time frame that I selected. I wasn’t immediately available to accept the repair quote, their office sent them to another call, I accepted the quote on line and the technician was sent back to finish the job. Can’t ask for better service than that. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Cold is on the Right! I have used them multiple times and am never disappointed. This week Joey fixed a toilet and replaced a bathroom faucet. He was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Their customer service is incredible. I’m so glad I found them!
