One month later and I'm still calling them to even get a receipt. I tried to talk with the owner only to get yelled at and told I'm irresponsible for not watching their every action as they did the water heater installation. I discussed up front replacing 2 water heaters and having them put in an automatic cut off on one of them. He 'made me a deal' on the total price for it all and I approved the work. Additionally, I had told them that a remediation team was coming out and I was worried about what all was wet right now since I can't see behind it. Before I knew it they had installed the 2 (but left pipes dangling from my walls) so I had no option to see the damage. The remediation team came a day later and pointed out the wet damaged wall behind the water heater. Despite it 'not being their job to point out water damage' they were 'nice enough' to pull the water heater back out and put it back in when remediation was complete. As for the dangling pipes, they were overflow pipes. I'm told by them that there can only be so many right angles so instead they piped it down to the pan. Based on what he said, I pointed out that there was enough clearance so they put a new pipe now using the wall outlet (although it has more right angles per run than he says is allowed). The 2nd water heater still has a dangling pipe.

Once they leave they forget what ever follow up they promised. Throughout this time I continued to ask about the cutoff valve. Every time I was told he thought he had one, needed to order one, had ordered one, etc. A month later it would seem there still is no part and now they say it wasn't included in the price we settled on. This is very convenient for them since they never provided me with a receipt. I was also forced to pay with Venmo which for a company is already shady IMO. Pick another company, someone more professional who can do the job right without hand-holding. At this point I would take a full refund and they can have the water heaters back. As it stands I'll be hiring someone else to double check their work as it doesn't look properly done.

Wow. These guys are AMAZING! From their prompt attention to our emergency, to scheduling the repair for the very next morning, to bringing in a team large enough to get the job done in an hour (because I was on my way out of town). They were SO professional and SO respectful of our home. Best part- we got a quote from a very reputable company (I’ll just say it, it was Reliant) for $4000!!!!! They did the same job for half that. You can’t beat professionalism, efficiency, and speed, all for a great price! HIGHLY recommend!

Wish I could rate zero stars. Do not use this company. Made me pay upfront through Venmo, and then completely bailed on my job. They could not properly install my toilet. Installed the flange completely in the wrong orientation, and then left the job site without completing the work. I was forced to hire another company who has to demo my floor to replace the pipe/flange. I have not received a refund. Took my money and ran. Horrible experience.

Salt has the best plumbers i ever worked with! They installed a new sink for my kitchenette outside & they went above & beyond to fix my hose bib as well! From now on i will be using salt for all my plumbing, electrical & HVAC needs!

SALT amazed me with their commitment to excellence. They weren't satisfied until I was and what a breath of fresh air that was. The absolute best service company I have ever used. $510 for a max of 30 minutes of work? If I pay that kind of money I do expect that some actual work time is built into the cost. I am glad to get help the day before Thanksgiving but I won’t be a repeat customer.

We called due to slow drainage and apparently main line backing up into master bathroom shower and sink. There is an automated line that takes your information and apparently works very well. Plumbers Billy and Jeremy showed up promptly after we were informed they were being dispatched this morning, they stayed and worked until the problem was solved and advised on possible future repairs that would need to be done. They were professional, smart, respectful of our home, and efficient in their actions. Let us know what things would cost and were honest in their assessment of what would be needed next and how (un) likely our homeowners insurance would be able to help. I appreciate the service and the fair treatment by these gentlemen. Thank you.

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.

Our water heater went out and we called another company that gave us the run around. My husband then called Cold is on the right, they came out and replaced my water heater that day with no issues! System is functioning quietly, durable design and installation and easily maintained with a minimum expected life of at least 5 years. Replacement parts are readily available locally. Great job.
