Shawn is nothing short of outstanding, full stop! He did multiple jobs on our guest house, broken water pipe in the bathroom wall, plus broken sewage tank in the back yard. He was always on time, takes the time to explain his work, prior to and during the work. He even takes time to educate me when I ask him general questions. His work is thorough, meticulous, high quality, and worked late into the night, on a Friday no less. As importantly, he has a genuinely affable personality. Great service. Got a same-day appointment with Greg Paredes, and he was even able to show up early. Gave honest advice and discouraged me from an additional costly option because he didn't think it would fix the problem. Greatly appreciate the easy and straightforward experience and won't hesitate to use this company going forward. Scheduling experience was also a breeze.

I had an excellent experience with Fox service company! The technician Silence Redfearn arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit. They explained everything clearly and gave me honest options before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly ever since. Absolutely. He had to come back here again because of Fox’s bookkeeping error. He was to take pictures of the unit because you didn’t show Fox had installed it. I had to send documents from FOX showing that you absolutely installed it in May 2022. I could use an apology for this, having apparently been listed under two accounts with you, same address, same telephone everything. Apparently you had me as Sally Watkins and Watkins Sally. Makes me wonder how many other customers are in the same shape. This doesn’t inspire great confidence🤓

Ralph Granados saved the day! A valve on our sink broke off and we had a disaster late in the evening. Ralph showed up even at 9:30 and helped stop our house from a flood disaster. Courteous super knowledgeable! Thank you Fox for sending us Ralph!

Marshall C was fantastic - he verified the issue and then explained how he would like to try to address the cause of the problem. He explained pricing and job options in easy to understand, plain language, and took care not to make a mess under the sink. Great attitude, friendly, and on time service (he actually called ahead of the appointment and asked if arriving early was ok). I'd never used Fox Service before, but this will not be the last time. My water heater ran out on Thanksgiving Day :/. Called Fox Service Customer and they had Shawn Dunlap come over in less than an hour. He did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue, recommended the replacement parts, and came back out a couple days later after the parts arrived to resolve the issue.

The Fox team are very easy to reach, communicates efficiently and very professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating or electrical service jobs in the Austin, Leander area.

I was trying to change out the breakers on my panel and got in over my head. Ended up nearly getting shocked by 220v so I called Fox and they saved the day. Within like 30 minutes a crew of three highly professional and kind electricians was on site and they got my house powered back up and the panels safe again. I cannot stress how impressed I am by these guys. Big shout out to Christian!

Enos and John at Fox Service Company did a fantastic job of installing two chandeliers on high ceilings at our place. They showed up prepared and on-time, were super friendly, and worked quickly.

After our initial appointment, we realized that one of the installs was too low, and they came back within 48 hours to fix it. We're really pleased with the quality of work and especially with the customer service, and will gladly recommend Fox Services to anyone who needs lighting installed!

Our water heater went out over the weekend and Fox had us on the schedule within 24 hours. Our technician, Ralph, was extremely communicative and told is exactly what we needed to replace our unit. I feel Fox offered us a competitive price and I’m always pleased with their service people’s work.

Silence Redfearn was great. What surprised me was she arrived on time, not between the time booked, but the top of the hour. It was perfect. She took care of the details and even investigated an issue to see if I was still set to the right settings. Very personable. I think she is a great asset to the Fox team.

Over the years Fox Service Company has provided high quality service, from installing a new AC system to solving complex plumbing problems. Tech Romario Lopez has been especially professional - reliable, knowledge, patient with all my questions. He did great work diagnosing and fixing the water pressure at my house. He also installed a new shower arm and shower head. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We had our kitchen drain unclogged by Shawn. He was very professional and polite - he even played with our dogs. And he gave us good pointers for preventing drain issues in the future. Very positive customer experience.

Our experience with John Price was amazing. He arrived and gave us a bid for several different projects and we decided that at the moment we could only do one and asked him when he could come back and do the project. His reply was I can do it right now. So John went out and got his tools and within about an hour and a half he had finished exactly what we wanted. Amazing job.

Ralph did a great job explaining the details of the work he needed to do, why it needed doing and was generally helpful and friendly. He was very punctual and provided updates on his arrival time and gave an accurate general estimate of the time needed for repair. Would recommend Ralph again

Paul Dugas and Krystal Boyd came for a same day appointment to clean my air ventilation system and inspect my air and water on a Friday evening. They were both so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable they felt like old friends. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I will definitely refer them by name and be calling again when needed! I had no idea Fox offered so many services with so many options.

Basillio and his partner, Luis, were excellent installers. They treated our house as if they were staying in a rental property; were polite and respectful. Basillio showed patience and expertise when I asked about the new unit components, and Luis performed a tiny bit of needed yard maintenance to place the new outside system. The team finished in seven hours, working diligently and efficiently.

Shawn did a great job... Fox Plumbing was called out by Fox Electric (Juan) and Sean came to the house, diagnosed the issue and then came back the next morning and fixed it! I greatly enjoyed talking to him and I recommend him for any job... He actually is the trainer for 2 new Fox employees and was great with them and me as the customer!
