John was very nice and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and was extremely knowledgeable! He installed a Ring device, an outdoor timer and several dimmers throughout the house. He was very patient and helpful as I downloaded the Ring device and went above & beyond by offering to replace two light bulbs on the ceiling fixture which required a 6’ ladder and a tall person to reach the light bulbs! John also cleaned all areas using his own hand held vacuum instead of relying on the homeowner to provide cleaning devices. Awesome service and represented your company well!

Warranty call. Shane is a pro! He caught this issue early, while still under warranty. That is looking out for the customer's best interest and also your company's best interest. He deserves a GREAT lunch! Thank you!

Really appreciated the ability to have an after hours HVAC, and get it working so we had heat on a Friday evening. Shane was great, he identified the problem quickly and was able to get it up and running in no time. He even let us know about steps to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future

Ralph arrived on time and called when he knew his specific arrival time. He is a thoughtful competent plumber. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal I had bought was too big to fit properly. Ralph carefully explained this to me. The kitchen sink is particularly deep and it is an under-mount sink. He had a garbage disposal in his truck which fit. He replaced the broken disposal with a new one. His quality of work was excellent.

Marshall was on time and efficiently fixed the leak under our kitchen sink. Most importantly, I appreciate him coming out on a freezing day with less than favorable driving conditions. Excellent service!

Furnace went out for us to start the winter storm. We narrowed it down to what the issue could be, but was one we could not fix on our own so I reached out to Fox.

Understanding the road conditions may vary, the technician originally told me we would have someone there yesterday, which was pushed to today between 2-6.

I messaged in to confirm that time was still where they had us today, or if I should go elsewhere, and they said they hadn’t yet scheduled ANYTHING and that a dispatcher would contact me. They did and told me 6-11 pm.

I then receive a call saying that THAT appointment is now cancelled. We live in a high traffic area, no road issues or ice around and we have now had to wait an additional day for their assistance while our internal temp now drops to mid 40s.

This is either an absolute lapse of communication on their side, their dispatchers, or just blatant laziness to give a time then not book the appointment..

So, if you ARE looking for assistance in a time of need, I’d highly recommend quite literally anyone else.

A COMICAL update - they called me again. This time I missed it and returned the call. They told me they’d put me on the list for 2-6 today after they told me they’re not sending anyone out.

THEN called me back AGAIN to tell me they’re cancelling. What an absolute mockery of a receptionist team.

Wayland communicated with us about his arrival times. Once here he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly and completely. We were very happy with the service and the results!

Started off the new year battling a clogged drain which backed up into our showers and toilets. It was almost impossible to find someone to come out on a holiday, but we were lucky enough to have Greg Paredes make it out to our home within an hour. He quickly addressed our concerns and unclogged the pipe, which absolutely saved our day. Couldn’t recommend a better company or individual to solve your problems, especially when dealing with emergencies!

Olin was great, not only for me, but for the people working on my yard and landscaping. He explained to the what was going on and made sure they understood their responsibilities going forward around the area.

Marshall, Romario, and Olin are primarily who service my home, and after several services (a new electrical panel and system upgrade from an out of code build from the 70s, a new water heater + filtration system from a 15+ year old system, and several small jobs like installing new toilets or valves) I can confidently say I absolutely trust and recommend them and Fox as a company. As a young female homeowner, one of my biggest fears of homeownership was dealing with repairmen and contractors. I’ve called several very well known companies that are on billboards around town and I always felt talked down to, upcharged for simple work (like $800 to drain an AC line), and like I couldn’t trust what they were pushing. Every time I’ve called Fox, whether it be for plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, I’ve felt like I can trust their word and like the person I’m speaking to has integrity in what they’re putting in people’s homes. I also feel like I can trust them to be inside my home, which can be very vulnerable! When I’ve had issues dealing with my utility company, Marshall was even there to walk me through what to do, even in the evening. Olin and Romario have walked me through my electric and plumbing in a neutral, knowledgeable way to help me understand my home more. Everyone I’ve worked with is personable, reasonable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I don’t feel like they’re pushing me in the more profitable direction, like I have with the other companies I’ve tried/had to hire. I’m very thankful for the team here at Fox, and I feel completely safe to recommend them to other women that may be uncomfortable hiring help. Its rare to find people that still recognize the gravity of their work and take pride in it. Truly some of the best men in the field.

Antonio was an absolute legend. He showed up, got the job done faster than I could find the remote, and did it all with a smile. Super polite, professional, and just the right amount of funny — like the kind of guy you’d trust with both your AC and your Wi-Fi password. I even remembered as he was about to leave that I needed something else done (because of course I did), and he immediately got me lined up for a quote. Top-notch service, solid guy, and an overall great team. I’ll definitely be using Fox again — mostly because people like Antonio make it way too easy (and actually fun) to spend money on repairs.

Shane and Elizabeth answered all my questions and did an outstanding job. Very capable, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Given that the part was under warranty, the labor cost seemed very high that’s why only 4 stars). We were very pleased with their recommendations and care given to help our system last.

Greg Paredes did a quick and efficient job. He answered many questions I asked him about general plumbing while he worked. He gave me the option of not doing a requested repair that wasn't really needed and I so appreciate that. I had him do it anyway just for my peace of mind.

Forest Sims with Fox did an amazing job cleaning our AC unit and resealing some structures. They were a great team to work with and got it done all in the same day! Would highly recommend

Edan Brand was wonderful! He was very professional and polite. He replaced our 4 fire alarms and replaced an outlet in our master bathroom. I will certainly come back to Fox Service Company on new projects.

Enos was super knowledgeable and very helpful fixing our electrical issues. We've had a few electricians who were not able to fix the problem with our electrical panel, but he was able to pinpoint the root of problem quickly and solve it. I noticed a difference immediately. No more flickering lights or devices randomly shutting off.

Cole was an excellent communicator from start to finish and kept me informed about his arrival time. He handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and he carried himself in a very professional manner throughout. I truly appreciated how smoothly the entire process went.

David did excellent! Communicated during the whole job and kept busy the entire time. Very happy with his work ethic and the job was completed in the time he mentioned up front when he arrived.
