Exceptional Service from Kinsey Plumbing, Heating & Air!

If I could give Kinsey Plumbing, Heating & Air more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We live in a home built in 2001, and our air ducts had never been cleaned. Over 20+ years of dust, pollen, and who-knows-what had accumulated in there.

From the first phone call, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They clearly explained the process and provided a fair, upfront quote with no hidden fees.

The technicians who arrived were punctual, polite, and meticulous. They took great care to protect our home, laying down runners and containing the work area perfectly. The cleaning process itself was thorough and fascinating to see—they showed me some of what came out of the ducts, and it was astounding (and a little shocking!).

The difference is unbelievable. The air in our home feels fresher, cleaner, and lighter almost immediately. I’m certain our HVAC system will run more efficiently now, and my family can breathe easier, especially with allergy season approaching.

Yet again, Kinsey Plumbing knocked it out of the park! In my opinion, they have some of the most knowledgeable, considerate and professional plumbers that have worked on this house and all for a very reasonable price.

Yes! Lunch for Shane! Tech Shane Stone was outstanding, thorough, kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He went above board to answer all our questions, find answeres, and keep us informed. I will not have anyone else work on our Geo units in the future. He is a 5+.
I should have had more grace and kindness in my other posting. We all make mistakes and I should be more tolerant.
