Great experience!! He throughly looked at the problem and worked with us on a couple of options to resolve. He resolved our gas issue on the first attempt. He even painted the pipes as part of attention to detail. He showed up when he said and completed and cleaned the work area. Will have him on our hot sheet for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!

We experienced a serious gas leak that filled our home with natural gas. After Texas Gas Service responded and identified the issue, they were forced to disconnect our gas line entirely until the problem could be resolved. This left us without hot water and other essential services.

We contacted Al Mac Plumbing and Gas, and within just two hours, three technicians arrived at our home. They quickly located and repaired the leaks, completing the work and certifying the results within another two hours. Now, we’re simply waiting for gas service to reconnect the line.

We can’t say enough about the professionalism and respect these young men showed—from their expert workmanship to their care for our home. They even wore booties and removed them each time they stepped outside for tools or supplies.

Once again i needed a plumber my hot water wasn't working . I went to my ONLY source Al-Mac plumbing. Alex was so awesome to answer my text on a Sunday. He sent one of his plumbers out next day. I'm sure he would have come Sunday but it wasn't necessary. His very experienced plumber Luke Lightfoot, found the problem right away! He was very friendly, curteous and knowledgeable. And helped explain stuff to me. They never try to needlessly upsell you. I say, go to the BEST the first time, because if you go to the cheap wannabe handyman that thinks he can do everything, it will surely cost you more in the long run. Stick with the EXPERTS: AL MAC PLUMBERS !!

I was not getting hot water out of one of the showers in my condo unit and Luke came by and got it squared away within an hour. Luke was able to diagnose the issue with a brief summary and gave me an upfront cost that was fair and reasonable. He assured me that it would be a flat fee without any additional cost, regardless if his hypothesis was incorrect. I will definitely be using Al Mac in the future for other plumbing problems.

Have used Al & his team 3 times in the past 6 months because of a dishwasher hose that burst and caused water damage. Al and his team are always fast and responsive and do the job right the first time. If you are looking for a solid plumber you can depend on and is accountable this is your team!

Luke was AWESOME. He was right on time and very friendly/helpful. He helped fix my water pressure, dishwasher, and even replaced a lightbulb before he left! This service was very much appreciated and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the south Austin area.

Al Mac was very responsive to my clogged kitchen drain issue, and even came to my house on a Sunday. He was very professional, answered all my questions, gave me good advice about maintenance, cleaned up after the repairs and even hauled off any trash. Luke saved the day yesterday with a nasty cartridge problem. Great communication and professionalism. I've also had the pleasure of working with Alex a few years ago when I contracted Al Mac to work on gas and plumbing jobs that would have left most other outfits scratching their heads, and they always got it done and got it done right. Luke was such a rockstar helping us in our time of need. We sprung a leak in our brand new (to us) house while moving into the kitchen and he was able to come and fix the issue quickly. I’m so thankful they came so quickly for our “emergency” issue on a Saturday afternoon. Weekend and short notice pricing was obviously pricier, but Luke couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I’d definitely consider using Al Mac Plumbing again in the future!

Al was so great! He was able to come out same day and right then and there relocated my gas line necessary for new range and cabinets to be installed. He had everything thing he needed right in the truck, no running back and forth to shop or supply house. Fantastic job! I will call them for any plumbing or gas need.
