Arrived on time, professional. Did a very good job. I just decided that since he was there to go ahead and have it done. What I was not real happy about was how expensive it was. I knew that it would be but , yikes, 850$ for a broken toilet flange? I did not want to wait to save 400$ (probably the other plumber would had been around 350-400$). Thats my only "complaint". But yes, did a good job. And thats why I gave 4 stars, not 5. I know I could had said, thanks but no thanks. Get bids if you can wait.

Plumbing issues are so not fun, esp during the holidays!! Some early challenges w scheduling but good communication got us back on track. And once Michael jumped in to do the work, he was all over it...staying late 2 days in a row.! We still have one last piece to complete but am confident it will be done well. And he worked hard to not chip much floor tile so we can repair vs replace the floor; truly appreciated that.

Abby in the call center was amazing. She made a hard time easy and manageable, she understood me and my need, she explained everything clearly, she was very kind and courteous. Thank you Abby.

Jaxon Player, is the first technician that came out to assess my plumbing issue, he arrived early, he was already fully knowledgeable of my situation when he got to my house, he told me everything he was gonna do before doing it, he explained pricing difference due to the possible issues, he was professional and great at his job. Thank you Jaxon.

Matthew Sandoval, was the technician that did the repair. He was early, knew where the problem was and how to fix it and executed perfectly even though I was unable to be home during the time of repair, he notified me when everything was done and did a great job explaining everything that was taken care of, he also gave me small tips to help prevent my plumbing issue so it would not happen again. Thank you Mathew.

I purchased a new home and needed an extra water faucet outdoors and some gas lines run to my outdoor patio. Jaxon and his team (Ryan, William, Nick and Matt) did exceptional work. I was strapped for time caring for family and they worked around my schedule. They care about customer satisfaction and are reasonably priced. Temple/Belton needs dependable repair/installation people and Reliant Plumbing was an excellent find.

Only guys I could find that had availability to come out for an emergency call. Had water gushing from my laundry room sink. Luckily city finally arrived to shut it off, and I got Reliant rescheduled for the morning. Brody came out and gave me a flat fee estimate. Considering all the work they are doing, I’m trying not to cry about what it’s costing me. But the peace of mind I’ll have with the extra work is worth it. I’m getting my repairs done and water back on the next day after this fiasco!

We had an after-hours exterior water emergency, and Reliant was the only company that responded. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was fully completed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and courteous service. I wish I remembered the technician’s name—he was absolutely top-notch: friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!

I asked Roman for some help with a clogged sink in my kitchen. He came over in his spare time and was very helpful. I recommend Roman for all of your plumbing issues!

I would not recommend Reliant to anyone. They are terrible about follow up, and the plumbing manager (Alan) assigned to our job was unresponsive and not helpful until we got his supervisor involved. We had to request the plumbing crew come back out to fix the leak which they did not fix correctly - this foundational leak was the reason we contracted with them. This past week, I have called their office more than thirty times requesting an invoice be updated to reflect the days the work was done - and they have still not made the fix. This is something that should take them five minutes, but nothing has been done. There are many other plumber options out there, I highly recommend you seek an alternative to Reliant. I very much regret using them.

Well I guess I have to put this as a comment since I can’t review them now for some reason! Please all of you listen, do not use Reliant Plumbing ever for anything, I’m a veteran and they completely screwed me and my family, first off they dug a hole in my yard to tell me what was needed, gave me a quote and I agreed to it, paid them the 50% deposit to have them come out and cut holes in my walls to tell me by a so called manager (Alan) out of the Austin office that it would cost me another $3500 dollars to fix, I told him that is not what we agreed on and he then told his men to pack up and leave without doing anything else at all and then ghosted me, I was told over a month ago that they refunded my money and to this date no refund, this cam from a corporate manager named (Mark), nothing but lies and more lies, they don’t have a office to go and talk to someone in person and their so called support people can’t make any decisions at all. Reliant plumbing is a joke and not to mention they charged a different card that I did not authorize them to use, that card was used for the service call fee, I gave them a totally different card to bill me and they found out it was a credit card and just went ahead and used the debit card from before without authorization from me! I hate this company they are completely the worst company I have ever dealt with, I am going to put this on every social media account they have, report them to the BBB and I hope this hurst them as much as it has hurt my family. DO NOT USE RELIANT PLUMBING THEY ARE THE WORST1

Service was never rendered, which is why im giving it then 2 stars and not 1. The internal scheduling policies discriminate against my status as a tenant. Despite my offering to provide a copy of my lease for verification, the scheduler canceled my appointment on the grounds that they could not reach the property owner directly.

Furthermore, the communication during this process was highly unprofessional. When I requested that the homeowner's approval be confirmed before providing my credit card information, the scheduler abruptly ended the call. Although they called back later to confirm they still had not reached the owner, the previous interaction had already compromised my confidence in your firm's professionalism.

As a result, I have secured services with another company. I am sharing this feedback so that you might review your policies regarding renters and improve the communication standards of your scheduling staff.

Drain cleaning with their space age power tool cost $1700. Pretty outrageous but hey, the drain drains now. My dual water heaters were working ok, but over 20 years old, so I agreed to replace and downsize to a single tank for $3200. Ten days later I again had hot water in the house. First new heater was dented. Second new heater installed but city inspector recommended changes. A different technician made the changes but... No hot water. Service Manager Alan recommended yet another new unit just to be sure. Still no hot water. Finally service manager Antonio decided to remove my "Aquefier" AC heat exchanger from flowing into and out of the water heater.

So I still feel like this was an expensive job, but they did work overtime to eventually make it work. Hopefully we can leave Austin before finding out how much money the Aquefier system was saving us.

Also they billed me $250 for some sort of VIP service contract, without informing me beforehand.

I can't say they're not dedicated but I don't plan to be a repeat customer.

Michael C.and team were great today. Knowledgable and went the extra mile to assist with our needs. Will definitely use Reliant moving forward and would recommend to anyone.

Alex Matej was terrific. He arrived on time, clearly explained everything he was going to do. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will request Alex for future plumbing needs. My dogs loved him and he's one of the few techs they'll let into the house.

Zach came out today to help me with a pipe I broke on my outdoor spigot and he was super professional and friendly. Was super nice and helped explain everything to me and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and couldnt have asked for a better interaction. I hope that the company takes notice of Zach and his exceptional service!

I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing! They made the entire process so easy to work with. The technician was extremely professional, and the communication updates were a real standout. They are a reliable and top-notch company. It turned out not to be a plumbing issue and they waived the service call fee!!

Reliant went above and beyond for us! We had a broken water pipe outside, and their technician, Caleb Durham, delivered outstanding service from start to finish.

Caleb stayed late to make sure the job was done right and ensured that our family had water before he left. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill with this level of dedication.

Ryan and William were professional , polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned when finished. They answered my questions and gave helpful advice. My bathroom vanity looks great. I would recommend Reliant and these nice gentlemen. I'm happy with their work

Don the rep for Reliant was so amazingly thorough. Explained what the issues were, and educated me so I could make an informed decision. AND, the technician is supposed to come and resolve the issues TODAY! BEST plumbing experience!

Before calling these people read my review, and then keep on reading because my experience is not unique. These people are crooks. We called them because a bathtub on our second floor was leaking and coming through a light fixture in ceiling below. It was a weekend and our usual plumbers were not available. Not knowing exactly what the problem was we wanted to get someone out that day. They came and cut a giant hole in our ceiling and told us we needed repairs to copper piping. They also tried to sell us a water heater at a discount if we decided right then to do it and assured us it would fail any day. We declined the water heater but felt stuck with them because we paid $150 just for them to come out, so we didn't listen to the icky feeling the slimy salesman was giving us. He quoted $1600 to make progressive cuts into the drywall and make copper pipe repairs as needed, and said he'd need an $800 deposit. We paid the deposit and he left. Two other guys came shortly after, looked into the hole in the ceiling and asked if there was a tub just above. They went and looked at the tub and discovered that the only problem was missing sealant on a joint in the drain. They fixed it in 5 minutes. When asked about whether there would be a price adjustment because this was a very different job than was quoted to us they said someone would call us the following day to discuss. No one called. On Monday my husband received an invoice/agreement for $1135, and they charged our credit card for the difference without our permission. We did not give them permission to hold our credit card number, but on the "agreement" they emailed they had forged my husband's signature, and that agreement with the forged signature gave them permission. I called no less than 10 times and no one was ever available to talk to me and they would not return my calls. I started an email chain for a paper trail, filed a police report for the forged signatures and protested the charges with my credit card company. I also consulted an attorney because it was free through my legal plan at work. So far my credit card company has given my money back, and if Reliant somehow gets them to reverse that I have the attorney on standby to help. These people are infuriating. I cannot stress enough that you would be better off dealing with whatever plumbing issue you have yourself rather than calling them.

Don was amazing! He arrived promptly, found the issue and was able to fix the water all within less than an hour of calling to book the appointment. Reliant always has friendly staff, they are quick and reliable!
