2025 update: Had an unrelated new leak in my laundry area due to old plumbing. Theo showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave a clear and fair estimate, and completed the repair in record time. He also offered helpful maintenance tips and stayed to make sure everything worked perfectly, even after we reconnected the appliances. As always, he goes above and beyond. Has absolutely earned my continued business.

Honest, prompt and professional. Called Theo on a Tuesday morning because our toilet suddenly drained out and smelled horrible. Theo was here in less than an hour and was able to quickly diagnose the issue (turns out the city was cleaning the sewer lines in our neighborhood and hadn't notified us). Theo didn't even charge us anything for the visit and was on his way shortly. Integrity move! I'll be calling them up for any emergency / repairs I need the future.

I had a really good experience with Theo when he came out and installed a commode for me so I had him come out again and make a faucet repair next-door on my mom‘s rental property. Was a really stressful week I was dealing with a lot of medical challenges. New auto immune diagnosis. He came that very day to get it fixed, which was very helpful because there was a leak starting under the sink. There were a few hiccups along the way and he really went above and beyond to just get everything working great for my mom and her tenants. It could be hard to find trustworthy and qualified services in the city and his work willingness to get everything right.

I was so satisfied and relieved that competition plumbing was able to help alleviate a small problem that could’ve been a big one. When you ware tight on the budget and something goes wrong at your house it sure is a drag. But competition plumbing was able to meet me in the weekend and help me out.
