Joe came out to help with a leaky sink and fixed it quickly. He showed me how I can fix it in the future and he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary products/services. I am so impressed by Austin's Greatest Plumbing's professionalism and honesty! There also seems to be great communication between the technicians and the admin team, which is important when you need to relay information about pets/sleeping kids, etc. Highly recommend, and while I hope I never need it (knock on wood), I would absolutely work with them again.

Sean is the real deal! Was able to identify the problem with our water heater the second he saw it and went above and beyond to ask if there was anything else in the house we wanted him to take a look at! Super friendly, professional, and fast!

Giovanni did a great job moving the expansion tank for the water heater, was very professional, and courteous. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned up excess water after the job was done. He even went back while I was making the payment to double check and make sure everything looked good. I will very likely hire this company again in the future.

Gio and Romey are a great team and were a huge help! Communication with Jason was clear and very helpful. This team went above and beyond to get our pump problem fixed. Checked w me to ensure satisfaction and showed me the origin of the problem. Highly recommend!!

Came out in short notice over the weekend and was able to review the source of the issue which turned out to be purely irrigation related. Still didn't charge a cost to come out for the 15 minutes, review the drainage flow and provided quote for follow up work. Will call again when needed!

The technician Ezaron and his team legitimately improved our quality of living within just a few hours.

Not only did they replace the water heater with an updated unit, but they also added an expansion tank, new ball-valve shut off, and the PRV (I think that’s what he called it).. all in all, our house’s water pressure went from a 35psi annoying trickle, to a 65psi chef’s kiss.

We don’t have to wait ten minutes to wash or hands in lukewarm water, our take an hour for a load of laundry.. it’s hot on the spot!

Which is a total paradigm shift.

He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything working perfectly in no time. What really stood out was how respectful and tidy he was—he left the area cleaner than when he arrived! It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling Gary again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a stuck outdoor hose right before leaving for vacation and possible freezing weather and Gary was available to come out right away. He had everything sorted out quickly and for a very fair cost, despite the short notice. I highly recommend him and Austin's greatest!

I called for a plumber around 10am on a Monday -
Around 1pm Gary was on site, engaging with a problem. Found a temp solution - suggested what needs to be done for a fix, came back as soon as ordered part was delivered and finished the job. Amazing experience with Gary and also office people David and Rachel
