We had a leaking toilet and Austin’s Greatest Plumbing had someone in the area finishing up a job so Gary was able to swing by within the hour to troubleshoot. He diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything in simple terms, and had the leak fixed in no time. Fortunately for us, it was a relatively easy repair, but we felt informed if it was something else and what our options were. He was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. We had a pretty complex multi-unit plumbing issue that involved several homeowners and a lot of coordination, and Austin’s Greatest Plumbing handled it perfectly. Star, the technician onsite, was outstanding - professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly not just to us, but to the other owners as well. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took pride in doing the job right.

Also want to mention Rachel, one of the co-owners, who took my initial call and was so easy to work with. She was flexible with scheduling and really helped us navigate the logistics of having multiple parties involved.

I was promised to call back from a plumber today about services that were on the bid that I accepted to be performed at my house that were not completed. I also believe I was charged for the services.

No one has been in contact with me additionally, when the plumber came he left the lock box with the key to my home completely open for anyone to come up and take the key. So far, I am very displeased with my service and how I have been treated.

Update: The owners of this business went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I genuinely think the above was just a one off and you can trust this company with your business.

Theodore is THE man. Always prompt in keeping you informed of the situation, the solution, and appraised of the options.

I had them out to install a toilet and some new sinks/faucets. He had to get a special drill bit to install the sinks in my butcher block counter. They were very responsive to inquiries and kept in contact and showed up on time for appointments. That was much appreciated. Will be calling them again next time I need a plumber.

Theo and Paul came out and quickly identified the source of a leak from the upstairs shower to the ceiling on the first floor. They were very careful in removing minimal sheetrock without causing damage to any wires or pipes in the ceiling. They were able to fix the issue day of and ran several tests to ensure the issue was resolved. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Excellence at its best, my house was clogged and I needed a plumber right away. Theodore with Free Flow Plumbing came right out within the hour and got it flowing again. He also offered to camera the drain for me so I could see the condition of my pipe. I'll definitely be calling Freeflow Plumbing back in the near future for all of my plumbing needs.

I have used Theo with Freeflow Plumbing twice now, and have been more than satisfied with his work. Knows what he is doing, does a good job, teaches and explains things to homeowners about any possible issues that could come up with the things he is fixing or how to keep things working better, and fair pricing. Hard to find a plumber that does a great job and doesn't charge a fortune in this city anymore, so Freeflow will be my go-to for now on.

These guys are great. Showed up same day for a free estimate and helped me diagnose the problem. Fast forward to a few weeks later when we had a different issue, we called on a Sunday and they walked us through the issue and scheduled to come out first thing in the morning on a holiday. They are hassle free, personable, and will try to get things done without overcharging you. They’ll continue to get my business moving forward.
